Yes, I have contacted them.   They said they are processing the request.   Now please hold up your end of the deal.  I require you to take off your shirt, expose your breasts, and take a picture while holding up a piece of paper with the current date and time written on it to prove your identity.  Without breast verification I have no way to confirm the transaction.
