[As a token of appreciation for the assistance provided to the Junnoichi clan, the clan's matriarch has offered legal and financial assistance for the Twilight Foundation to more permanently set up shop in Japan. All project difficulties have been reduced by 2.]
[The legal proceedings against the Twilight Foundation have officially been dropped, freeing up time and money that had been put into legal question. Each player for their final five rolls (the ones provided after Summer Wars) receives one free reroll, regardless of whether the project provides it.]

>Description: In the process of decoupling Origin Zero's operations away from the SuperComputer, the dev team has unintentionally stumbled upon how to create satellites capable of geosynchronous orbit that expand Origin Zero's operating radius.
>>This project will automatically complete when the Bonne Family launches their rocket. Further investments increase the number of satellites are sent into orbit.

To even explore the question of whether the ISOs destroyed by CLU could even be brought back, it's best to know *what* an ISO even is.

>Description: The Angelic Layer Company has announced the first successful case of artificial spinal replacement on a familiar face - Karen. While the road to recovery will be filled with physical therapy and the very nature of the experimental procedure could give side-effects, she stands as an example of the potential future.  Muscular repair, carbon-based nanotubes for skeletal construction, and heart re-genesis... it is unlikely that these technological developments will be available to anyone but the most desperate and severe of cases in the near-term due to its status as a bleeding edge technology. But hope exists for the first time in ages for these people.

>Description: The digitization laser has been shrunk to largely the size of two clothing hampers taped together. While Using any available technological means, it may be possible to further shrink the size of the digitization laser to the size of two clothing hampers taped together. Not quite small enough for deployment on a person's back unless they're crazy strong, but a vast improvement from where the project began. This is the furthest the project can progress with currently feasible technology, but it's enough to allow for creative uses...
[Investing in this project allows for use of the digitization laser for other projects, including Contingency Planning.]

>Description: The best efforts at moral compasses for AI it seems, were nearly killed by the concept of free choice. But offering the template AI a choice seems to be the only effective way of getting the morality code to stick without side-effects. Whether this behavior maintains outside of the Unlimited Neural Field tests remains to be seen.

With official sanction by Nintendo and the ability to handle high amounts of traffic, the server infrastructure is now being distributed around the world. It has been freed from being run off of the Supercomputer.

>Temjin []
>Description: Temjin's new servos allow for him to at least move without being questioned. By using lessons learned from the Terminators it may be possible to better use him in an emergency.
[With parts that have been reverse-engineered from Wily's Robot Masters and Kagura's body now entering the commercial market, the costs of repairing Temjin's humanoid shell have been reduced by 43%. With the additional funds from Kevin Flynn and Miss Millions, this project no longer presents a fiscal risk to the Foundation.]
