  17. tumblrs never pushed me significantly, and ive created a lot of them for different domains

  22. Not about penalties, more about If they are going to help with ranking or not. I had good results in adult niche but not using them anymore.

  24. My advice is to create your win PBN so it won't harm your site. If you buy from outside and if it expires it counts the link as expired/ broken.
  25. Creating your own PBN is always good, just maintain it on a weekly basis and you are good to go...
  26. Tumblr links are redirected now. If the blogs have good no of links and can take a link from the description section then go for it. Or else it has no difference to take a link from the new blog which you can create by yourself.

  36. That's mean you pick wrong tumblr.

  38. Just like, not all expired domains or auction domain as PBN can give you proper push.
  39. I had a couple of DA 60+ tumblr expired profiles.
  40. Placed d0follow links (links on images bypass the tumblr url shortener) or in the bio.

  42. This is the thing. I use my own pbn to get results, so I know what a decent backlink looks like.

  45. Coupled with the hassle of having to find and register, for me, not worth it.
