**We the Staff of the Everybody Edits Official Third-Party Discord Server,**

**Being** comprised of two Owners, one Moderator, and seven Consultants,
**Having** recently conducted a Survey with dozens of unique responses,
**Noting** that there were questions requesting users to list the other users that made our Server better or worse,
**Noting** that the users who amassed the lowest net score are also the ones who cause the most Problems in our Server,
**Understanding** that removing these Problem Users would drastically decrease Server Problems,
**Desiring** a solution to the Culture of the Server,
**Forthwith** announce the Problem Person Policy.

The **Problem Person Policy** (henceforth PPP) entails a warning threshold at which a user may be temporarily banned from the server.  This threshold is currently a user's fifteenth warning.  At that point, moderators may take action to temporarily ban that user.  This temporary ban will begin at a 30 day length.  Should a user who has been temporarily banned come back without making immediate and marked improvement in their conduct, as judged by staff, they will be subject to further bans as deemed necessary.

We believe that this 15-warning threshold is high enough that only the users most dedicated to causing or being involved in rule-breaking will reach it, and we sincerely hope that these consequences for reaching it will dissuade users from engaging in rule-breaking activity.  This will not serve as a substitute for or change to warnings and mutes, and will not be the only way a user may be banned.
