- Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies:

- Ingredients in jar:
- 140g plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon bicarb
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 45g oats
- 67g light brown soft
- 67g caster sugar
- 65g dried cranberries
- 90g white chocolate chips
- 60g chopped pecans
- additional ingredients:
- 115g unsalted butter softened
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Instructions
- directions:
- 1. Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan. Grease a baking tray or line with baking parchment
- 2. In a medium bowl, cream softened butter until smooth. Stir in 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla & carry on creaming until fluffy. Add the entire jar of ingredients, and mix together gently with a wooden spoon (or by hand) until well combined. Drop heaped spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets.
- 3. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until edges start to brown. Cool on wire racks.
