Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies:

Ingredients in jar:

140g plain flour
1/2 teaspoon bicarb
1/2 teaspoon salt
45g oats
67g light brown soft
67g caster sugar
65g dried cranberries
90g white chocolate chips
60g chopped pecans

additional ingredients:
115g unsalted butter softened
1 egg beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 directions:

 1. Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan. Grease a baking tray or line with baking parchment

2. In a medium bowl, cream softened butter until smooth. Stir in 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla & carry on creaming until fluffy. Add the entire jar of ingredients, and mix together gently with a wooden spoon (or by hand) until well combined. Drop heaped spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets.

3. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until edges start to brown. Cool on wire racks.
