Throughout the run, whilst grinding bolts on Metro make three files for setting up QE with the following bolt ranges

Bolt QE: 1,179,648 to 1,245,183
XP Economy QE: 1,310,720 to 1,376,255
Vendor QE: 1,507,328 to 1,572,863

These should be separate from your main RUN file, and are only used to set up QE quickly.
What you would do to setup QE fast is load one of these files, autosave once (selecting current armor in skins menu for instance), then load the RUN file. (Just like the raritanium QE thing in Max% Rac2)

247Yugioh made a spreadsheet to help with calculating the bolt counts needed for the Vendor QE parts of this route.

Make your own copy of this, and put in your current bolt count into the "Bolt Count (input)" part

Flow of the route should be something like this:

DO ALL OF THESE ON STARSHIP PHOENIX (PUTS THRUSTER PACK IN VENDOR)

Quit game, load vendor QE file, autosave once (skins menu) -> Load run file
Input bolt count into "File Time item" part. Follow the path to get to the target. Autosave once.
Buy file time item (Manifests as Annihilator or Shield, called HELP in the game)

Quit out, load bolt QE file. Autosave once (Skins menu) -> Load run file.
Input bolt count into "Nitro Launcher as RYNO V5" part.
BOLT QE WILL RESET YOUR BOLT COUNT IF YOU AUTOSAVE, SO GET TO THE VENDOR FIRST BEFORE YOU FK WITH THE BOLT COUNT SO IT DOESNT INSTA AUTOSAVE
Open skins menu to autosave once you have your bolt count.

Quit out, load vendor QE file, autosave once -> Load run file.
Input bolt count into "V1 RYNO Path" part -> follow the path, autosave once
V1 RYNO should manifest itself in the vendor as heli-pack with the RYNO name worth 1000 bolts.
Buy it.

NEXT:
Input bolt count into V5 RYNO PATH part, and follow the path
Autosave once, buy item that manifests itself as Nitro Launcher, but says RYNOCIRATOR.


NOW.....
Quit game, load XP economy file, autosave once, load RUN file.
Then buy all of the weapons in the vendor and grind them to max.
And i guess grind the nanotech to the max as well, since u got 77 hours of bolt count on the run file it'll go really fast
