  3. The discord bot stores the guild data (what guild it is in, Its name, Id, And member count) So that a command that tells me what server it joined works also for the serverlist command to work.

The Bot stores Client Data (What their name is, What their id is, And what their level is, when they created their account, the warns they have in the server) This data is used to allow moderators to check to see if the account is a alt by checking when it was created. Also allows them to be able to kick and ban the members with their name or with their ID.
  6. There are commands that need this info for it to work. Like the rank command and leaderboard so that people can see what rank they are in the server and or who is the highest rank
  7. The Bot uses the data to also allow mods to see someone's warns and or clear the warns with a command or edit the warns.

  9. At any given time a user would like their data sent to them or erased they may contact Lord#0080 in dms or in the bot support server and request it.
  10. Once done that data will be erased or given in 24 hours by Lord#0080
