I kind of think that Vaggie isn't really too attached to having Levianon as someone to sxually bully. She's in a happy relationship with Charlie; Levianon just keeps deliberately pissing her off and she wants revenge. If Niffty is genuinely pursuing him I think she'd step back and be polite about it.
