There was absolutely NO REASON for the sarcasm whatsoever. And if you would
have read my emails closer you would have read that I SPECIFICALLY have been
asking about "DEDICATED" servers from the beginning when I first emailed.
And I even sent you a link to one of your specials on 1Gbps boxes to make
SURE they were dedicated. And I have CONSTANTLY stated that I do NOT want to
share an account with him, I have stated that we are splitting the COST, NOT
the account. So for you to slander my intelligence and abilities to put
together a coherent sentence with the proper diction is an absolute INSULT!
I am not some 13 year old kid, I am a 26 year old professional that makes
NORTH of six figures a year in establishing successful business strategies
for auto dealers and their BDC departments. And if you don't know what a BDC
is, that is a Business Development Center which is another name for their
E-Commerce department so they can sell cars online and their online
marketing and advertising to make it possible for them to broker vehicles
all over the world and supply foreign dealers. I explain this to you because
we had JUST had our T1 line installed and now are looking for foreign
servers so we can store all our client's account information for business
purposes. So you LITERALLY talked your way out of landing that because that
is the whole main reason why I even started looking at VPS companies and
thought it would be an idea for me to get a seedbox for my own personal use
and then sign my company up for a 1 year contract to start after I decide
that I liked the companies customer service and ease of use and setup. I
have NEVER been so offended before in my life other than when I was speaking
with the reps from feral hosting. I heard so many good things about your
company off Gamebox, Seed4U and the others which swayed my way towards you
guys, and practically one day later you attack my intelligence as if I don't
know anything ESPECIALLY the definitions and meanings of a specific term!
Maybe you should make sure when you read something that you make sure it is
within its context and that you remember the ENTIRE conversation since the
beginning. I will make sure to post this in my review for your customer
service and on the sites that referred me towards your company in the first
place and I will be making ABSOLUTELY sure to copy and paste my email I had
received from you. So maybe you should read all my previous emails like I
did before I read this so you will see how uncalled for your email was.
