- You're listening to WHRW 90.5 FM Binghamton. It's... 1 am? Wait, what happened? Yes, that's right! This is an extremely extended episode of Drifts! I'm your DJ, Will, and tonight, my apprentice and I have a staggering amount of music for you: four hours!
- We're starting off with a bit of a special surprise: tonight I'm going to be playing both tracks off of Kashiwa Daisuke's 2006 concept album Program Music I. In order to give you a bit more of an idea of why this is important, they're both about a half hour long, and they are fantastic. The first piece is named Stella, and it's based off of a traditional japanese children's story called Night on the Milky Way Railroad. It really translates the tale well into the world of music.
- I'm going to be quiet now until about 2 AM, so you can find the rest of tonight's playlist at our Facebook page, facebook.com/driftswhrw. If you'd like to get in touch with me, you can do so either through the Facebook page or by IMing me at screenname Whrwmusic. Thanks for listening tonight, and I hope you enjoy tonight's Drifts supershow!
