Lights and Silver Rush Hunting

Silver comes down like a boss, landing with a hard jab into the thing, getting quite deep but still not a weak enough point of impact.

Lights also gets a nice, hard jab into it, sliding under it and ending up behind it as it lands. While no jab through  the heart, he can see a lot of blood dripping down from the deep wound, and the thing roars in pain from both hits.

Its breathing is becoming heavier, though you yourselves are feeling you own bruises starting to effect you....

Lights pants out as he rests for a split second on his back- magicking the spear back into position between his hooves as he gets up and charges forward, trying to touch the butt(edited)
By touch he means stab of course

he gets a better idea, and hops up into the air, slamming his backhooves  on the butt of the the javelin, bucking it through the already pierced flesh, jamming it deeper into the animal


As the beast starts turning, Silver manages to hit the javelin a bit, but the thrown off angle only pushes it in another inch or tow, and while it makes the thing yelp in pain, its not enough to put it down.

Lights also gets a good stab into its rear, but the creature quickly turns intent on slamming its paw down on Lights!

Lights luckily would never do such a thing if a Pegasus was still trying to accomplish the exact same thing!  He grits his teeth and switches weapons- the fallen pony's javelin in his hooves as he winds back to deliver justice, using as much momentum as he can to drive it in the beast!
"REPENT!"

Silver manages to get the javelin a good few more inches in, but its just not enough, though it does cause the creature to buckle a bit.

This gives Lights his opening, as he rolls under its swiping paw, he comes out of the roll perfectly, tossing the javelin as he does...right into the things open mouth and into the top!

The things own strength is its downfall, as it bites down, sending the weapon up through its head! It simply topples over, sending up a wave of dust as the creature lays motionless before you.

Lights coughs and crinkles his snout, that fierce look of divine justice slowly fading away.  "Heh... hah..."
"Nothing personnel."

silver just pulls the thing out of the animals side, in frustration,using the butt end to walk the dead animal, ensuring its well and truly dead
