  1. ======= CREW MINDSET/GOALS
  2. 1) We are not optimizing for effort:reward ratio, nor are we aiming to play optimally. Although we want wins we are not strictly about the rewards; its about flexing our strength on plebs. Luckily this typically coincides with getting valor so both sides should be pretty happy.
  3.
  4. 2) We want to secure at least three wins per GW (typically the first three days, from experience) and aim for 4-0 even though we never get the 4th.
  5.
  6. 3) We want to remain open to people being able to effectively 88-box and top 1k. However in the near future we are probably unlikely to free-run the entire GW, so anyone wanting to go for top 100 or above will probably need meat alts or a lot of autism.
  7.
  8. 4) We are okay with doing stupid stuff during GW sometimes. (For example, pushing for high prelim rank or high total crew rank). If you want to play perfectly optimally all the time this may not be the ideal crew for you, but both sides here make concessions (e.g. we still have point control to ensure wins)
  9.
  10. 5) GW only comes once every 1-2 months and we want to make the best of it. Those of us who are gold barring our opus weapons and sunstoning our arcarum summons aren't doing it so that we can afk at 1b and stop against r180 avg crews.
  11.
  12. 6) We consider rank progression important; it generally has a pretty good indication of whether you are playing the game or not since most stuff nowadays gives a good amount of RP, especially during magfes.
  13.
  14.
  15. ======= RULES FOR PRELIMS
  16. 1) Prelims are free-run. There is no point control, do whatever you want.
  17.
  18. 2) A bunch of us will be aiming for high prelim rank for fun.
  19.
  20. 3) There will be a meat quota each GW as well as a meat-burn minimum. For example, 3K meat quota and 5K meat before you are allowed to burn at NM90.
  21.
  22. 4) You may be expected to use more than the meat quota each GW, as we will ask you to replinish it if we go too low. As GW proceeds, the quota may become slowly smaller based on how much meat we think we can feasibly use in a match.
  23.
  24. 5) We farm meat for the WORST CASE SCENARIO. I do not care if we do not usually use most of it, there is a chance we get star wars for all 4 days and we want to be prepped for it.
  25.
  26.
  27. ======= RULES FOR MATCHES
  28. 1) For days 1-3, we may forfeit a match if we think that it is unwinnable. The call here needs to be made prior to when we bloat, so typically after 3-4 hours and dependent on how strong we think the opponent actually is.
  29.
  30. On day 4, the window for "winnability" will be larger because there is no disadvantage to going high honors.
  31.
  32. 2) The call on whether or not we are fighting is not yours to make. If we have not given the call to stop then you should be treating the match seriously.
  33.
  34. 3) Morning rush is mandatory regardless of whether we are fighting the opponent. I do not care if they are weak and I don't care if they are aikatsu/yggdrasil. The mandatory window for when there is no fight is 70 minutes (because the morning rush rankings sometimes go a little over 1 hour). For actual fights, it is until you are no longer able to play.
  35.
  36. 4) You are expected to be online in-game by at least 10 minutes prior to match start. I take attendance a few minutes before so if you aren't on by then I will consider you late, because theres no reasonable way I myself can attend morning rush while also taking attendance at the same time.
  37.
  38. 5) Your MR speed will be determined by how much honor you have 1 hour in regardless of how late you were, so don't be late.
  39.
  40. 6) Don't exceed maximums. We do a mix of FFA and reserved honors. This will generally be announced once MR is considered over. There is usually going to be a period of meat-farm at the end.
  41.
  42. 7) You may be asked to grind for no reason occasionally (aka day 4) and you should be open to doing this. Keep in mind that crew totals, etc, play a big roal in managing to recruit really strong players; if we go 1.2b every match nobody will want to join, and being able to call ourselves a "top 100 crew" is a nice bait.
  43.
  44. 8) If you can't make morning rush you must let me know *in advance* (exceptions for emergencies) with what your excuse is on the spreadsheet.
