Several people close to me have expressed concern that this might not be a responsible decision for the three of us. They've encouraged me to cover my bases, and I was hoping you could prove that you are in fact in ownership of the property. This is a simple matter of course, all I ask is a few simple questions.


Other than the garage and home, are there any other buildings on your property?

From the back yard of your property, can you see the neighbors homes?

Are there any small decorations in your front yard, and if so, what kinds?

How did you attempt to conceal the crack in your front window?

In the back room of your garage, do you have a standing fridge or a chest freezer?


Correct answers to these questions would of course prove them wrong, and we would have no problem continuing the process of obtaining the house from you.

The following documents are here with us as i could find anyone whom i could trust to drop them with for this purpose. But never-mind, FedEx next day delivery service will handle that perfectly for us.In doing this, you will need to make a security deposit payment which is refundable (should in case you don't like the house) to enable the shipment of the Keys  and document to your current address that i have here in the rental form, after which you could move in at your convenience.The rent starts counting when you move in and after moving in, you will be required to make the first month rental fees at your convenience Here are the contents of the document that needs to be sent.

1) Entrance and the rooms Keys
2) Paper/Permanent house form
3) The house documentary file.
4) Full Description of the house and Address
5) Payment Receipt
6) Signed Lease Agreement Form you are supposed to also sign and get it sent back to me
NOTE THAT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE IN CASE YOU DON’T LIKE THE HOUSE..


As soon as the security deposit is been confirmed by me, l will go ahead and commence on how the House Keys / Documents will be delivered to you and i will ensure that i book for the 24 hours FedEx next day delivery service as to enable you receive it on time and as scheduled.     We went over a couple of days ago and think the house is gorgeous! We noticed a few things we could fix that are well within our means as well. The siding on the corner of the garage is broken, a window on the front of the house, and several deep pits in the back yard. Robert did professional roofing and siding in Wyoming, and I've replaced windows in my own home before. Holes are a simple task. We'd like to fix these items once we move in, if possible. I was also hoping to start a garden, if possible. The rent value is perfect, but we are prone to using a lot of electricity. We've got some decently powerful computers which would be running often. I'd like to offer to pay for electricity. Our applications will be attached to the bottom of the email. We've got two pets that will be moving in with us: Gol, a large dog, and Lucy, a ferret. They've both got cages and are relatively mess-free. Nicholas and I didn't add them to our applications since they are Robert's animals and would leave, should he.
