Who is W.D. Gaster?

Heya! Here will will answer the question "Who is W.D. Gaster?" This is some hints to who gaster really is..
Now in the game's code for UNDERTALE you can see something called "Fun Value", Now you may ask.. "Lincoln! What is fun value?" Well...
when you start a game it will randomly choose a number between 1-100, certain Fun Values do certain stuff.. For example! in Hotlands if you have a value above 90 you can encounter 3 strange men.. err... i wouldn't say "men".. They are grey and black and have alot to say about the mysterious Man, Their code identifies them as a "G. Follower" or.. "Gaster Follower" In waterfall the same.. once undyne chases you if you have a fun value above 90 you encounter a strange ghostly monster kid, its code identifies it as "GonerMonsterKid".. apperently if you bring him an umbrella you can cheer him up.. So according to gaster's backstory he was the royal scientist before Alphys, Creator of the core! the source of power for the entire underground.. One day he fell into his creation and was shattered across time and space, According to the "G. Followers" He's Always listening and watching! the riverman has some evidence and ANDDDDD I'm changing the subject alot because i need to tell you everthing i know XD, anyways back to the theory.. There is a chance that when you ride the riverboat he'll say "Beware the man who came from the other world" or "Beware the man who speaks in hands.."
