If you're struggling to find an idea on what to build, here's some proposals to spark your imagination :)

You can find inspiration anywhere, from something you see outside to a photo posted online. If you find something you like, write it down, or bookmark the page, so that you can come back to it later. That way you build up a library of inspiration you can always come back to if you're struggling again.

Pick an idea from the categories below (structures, organics, terrain) and take a run with it.
Search the word(s) on the internet to find relevant images (for even more inspiration :-) ).
You can also search a random word if you can't find what you're looking for in the lists below.
Use word generators for that. An example: https://randomwordgenerator.com/verb.php (you can also try other generators)

There's also a list of styles below. Choose a style and see what you can come up with, or pick both a style and an idea, and try to combine the two.
