So
my account "eek" was moderated for "coin-farming"
and most peoples reason so far that I'm wrong is that the other 4 accounts you're allowed to create out of 5 are meant for backup if you main is compromised

they were all going by the ToS
and I dont see that anywhere in the ToS
my issue is
is that
A)
Since the site ALLOWS me to make 5 accounts
why cant I move the coins around as I please
and B)
which is stated in the ToS
coin farming is defined as an unfair advantage over another user
now
the thing is
anyone can make 5 accounts and do the same thing
so wheres the unfair advantage part
now they were all "strictly going by the ToS"  but I saw that roughly 75% of their arguments are opinions and that wouldn't win you a case in court
now from what the ToS exactly says
I am of no bannable offence
that sums it up roughly but I may be leaving out my hypocrisy claims
And also I'm not gonna spend money on a site that is going to ban me for something that is blatantly allowed according to the ToS
and believe me I already have

I know the ban is only for 72 hours and that's not what I'm worried about, I have an issue with my rights being violated by the ToS and I want the ability to move MY coins as I please that is allowed according to the ToS

We aren't a courtroom, we house our own rules and guidelines that should be followed. I understand what you are saying, but the ToS does specifically state that "coin farming" is a ban-able offence as it gives you an unfair advantage over other users. Whatever you may assume is or is not an unfair advantage is beyond the point, as it specifically states that you aren't allowed to do this.
People are allowed to create up to five accounts per IP address to accommodate family members that may also want an account. While all donations made to the site are very much appreciated, that does not pose any swaying factor your ban length.

This is written, and cannot be disputed.
There is no way to interpret this as it tells you not to do it.

The fact that not all players have that opportunity, for example, if they were living with family members that had also made an account under the same IP Address, thus preventing them from being able to create up to five.
