- Description: Carter got into an argument with Bill over a $7 pitcher of beer at a bar & grill, which continued outside into the parking lot. Carter shot Bill once in the back of the head and twice in the back of the leg. He then shot Billy twice in the back and twice in the foot, before shooting Carley five times in the thigh.
