 2376917319: but when i log into burnout paradise, it says "Serial is already in use" when all i did was login, not register....
 2376917319: oh, and just so you know, the serial is connected to Nikey646@hotmail.com not this email (i just find it easier to use this email when logging into ea.com)

 2376917319: well, i hate to make this statement to you, but when i conntacted ea support before, they had no problems with that email.
 2376917319: the serial is linked to my steam account, and i registered it with nikey646@hotmail.com and the masterid is what i can login with yesterday....before the ea servers went down....
 Scott: I am sorry but as per our data base the code is linked to other email id.

 Scott: Well if you donot know the account , in that case we will  not be able to assist you further.
 2376917319: ok, so you just basicly said that i have no way of getting back my ownd game.

 2376917319: i cant have that since its a digital copy.

 Scott: May I know from where you purchased the game ?
 2376917319: but, because it was bought through steam, a: the serial is linked to MY steam account, b, i have a reciept in a .xps form with the transaction code on it, and c, i have it in my purchase history.

 Scott: Well in that case  you need to contact the steam as we donot have any way to verify the purchase made from the steam.
 2376917319: and then what?
 2376917319: they cant do anything even with proof of purchase, because it is your system that has changed the serials email holder, they cant make it so the serial is on my email account again.

 2376917319: so basicly, you want me to spend roughly the next 60 minutes sitting here waiting for a "A Adviser cant assist you at the moment, please try emailing us" message to appear....
 2376917319: already had to go through that 3 times, just to get my password for the account reset, because there was no obvious password reset method, then because the first guy i got into contact with changed my username, and because somehow after all of that, i couldnt connect to the EA Servers.
 2376917319: not to mention the above took 4 and a half hours out of my day....
 Scott: I am saying that if you donot find my answer satisfactory I can get you senior support to  resolve your issue.
 2376917319: im going to make a guess on what the "Senior support" is going to say "No we cant help you"
 2376917319: im really sick of the circles that ea support makes people go through....
