- =========================================
- Client brief: "AI visibility / AEO — at a moment when most business owners have heard about AI but have no idea how it affects whether they get recommended or ignored. The "Tide Strategy" framework is memorable, the ocean-themed tiered packaging is cohesive, and the 8-engines-in-one value proposition directly attacks the fragmented agency model ($13K–$42K/month comparison is compelling). That's a solid foundation.
- What would make you truly special to other business owners
- Right product, right time — but specialness comes from proof, not promises. Show real results, own a bold POV, speak each industry's language, and lead with thought leadership. When prospects already trust you before the call, you've won.
- Proof of outcomes, not just process. Right now your testimonials speak to professionalism and attitude — "professional," "on time," "exceeded expectations." That's great, but business owners buying at $997–$2,997/month want to see results. Even one case study with specific numbers ("Law firm X went from 0 AI citations to being recommended by ChatGPT in 3 categories within 67 days") would be far more persuasive than five-star sentiment.
- A clear, ownable point of view. Your tagline "Own the AI Conversation" is directional, but it's not yet a bold POV. What do you believe that your competitors don't? For example: "Most agencies are still optimizing for 2019 Google. We think SEO alone is professional malpractice for any high-trust business in 2026." A strong, slightly provocative stance makes business owners feel like you get it in a way others don't.
- Proprietary vocabulary that sticks. You've started this with "Tide Strategy" and "Authority Engines," which is smart. Lean into it more. Give business owners language they can repeat — something like an "AI Citation Score" or the concept of being "AI-dark" (invisible to AI) vs. "AI-lit." Ownable language becomes a referral engine.
- Specificity by industry. You list eight target industries, which is good, but the descriptions are thin. A law firm owner and a medical spa owner have radically different fears and goals. Even a landing page or one-pager for each vertical — showing exactly what AI visibility problems lawyers face vs. dentists — would make prospects feel like you built this for them, not just for "professional services."
- Transparency on what you can and can't control. AI recommendation is genuinely probabilistic — no one can 100% guarantee ChatGPT will recommend a specific business. Business owners are increasingly skeptical. Being the agency that honestly explains the mechanism and sets realistic expectations (while competitors overpromise) actually builds more trust and closes more deals.
- Thought leadership that precedes the sale. Your blog exists but isn't prominently featured. Business owners in your target markets — lawyers, financial advisors, real estate agents — are often active on LinkedIn. A consistent drumbeat of short, sharp content ("Why ChatGPT ignored your law firm last week") positions you as the authority before they've ever heard of AEO, creating inbound demand rather than relying solely on booked discovery calls."
