So we are judging both April and May this time. Let's start with April.

April's theme was Shivans. I fell in love with this screen the moment I saw it. Tomimaki's menacing closeup image of the Sathanas makes it look like a fortress. It's got wonderful lighting and it just kinda scares me.

The winner is Tomimaki.

May's theme was Runway Lights. It was difficult to choose because there were so many unique takes on the theme! (I love when that happens.) I was consistenly drawn to CKid's image of the battleship launching a Claymore (that's a Claymore, right?) because of the great use of perspective and how it just drew my eye right to where the fighter launched from. There's a real sense of motion and I love it.

The winner is CKid.
