That's a guy who usually uses the nickname Ice. He likes to name the proxies he loads after people he knows. I actually just got spammed with around 100 pm's by him on there. He doesn't match EatMyCheese's address, EatMyCheese probably doesn't even know how to proxy. It definitely wasn't EatMyCheese.
