RULES OF THE HOME As we put so much effort into creating and designing this wonderful space, we expect our guests to treat it with their best consideration.
. GENERAL RULES OF THE CHAMBER:
1. REGISTRATION AT YOUR ARRIVAL: Passport and ID card of each person.
2. Smoking is prohibited indoors under any circumstances. It is tolerated on patios (but not in the spa). Air purification fee of $ 500, if you have smoked indoors.
3. Leave your shoes and boots at the entrance. Use slippers to walk inside.
4. No party or event is tolerated by inviting others who are not part of the reservation.
5. Domestic animals are not allowed.
6. Children are allowed but watch out for them at all times, especially with stairs and glasses inside the penthouse.
7. DURING YOUR STAY No excessive noise or loud music before 8am and after 10pm outside, to respect the neighbors.
8. Lock all doors when leaving the property and arm the alarm.
9. Lost Key - Each guest will be provided with 2 keys to access the property. These must be returned upon check-out. A $ 50 fee will be charged on your deposit if one of the 2 keys is lost.
10. Ownership of the house: Damage or theft will be charged on your deposit as collateral.
11. Security: Camera installed at the back and at the entrance for your safety.
12. For our attention: If you notice something during your stay, inform us.
13. It is not required to remove bed sheets; we will be happy to take care of this.
14. You can have the towels used in the baskets designated for this purpose, or leave them hanging on the racks in the bathrooms.
15. Clean your dishes before leaving (air drying is tolerated, either in the tub or in the dishwasher).

18. All damage to appliances, furniture and equipment must be fully reimbursed by the guests. Any violation of the rules as stipulated above will result in immediate cancellations of the booking without any refund.
