Description: Matthew stalked the women as they made their way to their destinations. When the opportunity arose, he lifted them up and dragged them away. Once out of sight, he brutally r*ped and beat them, before strangling them. He was traced to both murders because of DNA left at the scene that was matched to DNA taken from a case where his victim survived.
