I just want to make clear that I don’t dispute that it cost you as much as you said it did to send through express service. I hope you understand that, and didn’t think I thought you were lying and I trust you. It is clear to me that it did cost you a lot of money to send the DVD, as it only took 3 days to arrive from Chile. Usual airmail which would have cost roughly 8-10 euros would have take closer to two weeks, possibly 3-4 weeks. So it is clear you paid a lot to send the DVD. As you just admitted, the problem was that you didn’t send the information before dispatching the item, as I would have said  this is too expensive and I don’t want the DVD, or I would have suggested to use very cheap postal service instead.

It is a shame you don’t have paypal. I appreciate your offer to take this as a gift, but I don’t feel right taking this for free. I would like to pay you what I would have been willing to pay. 30 euros/£25 my offer stands, but I have to research how I could pay you this. Do you know anyone who has a paypal account and could give you cash upon payment? I don’t know if it is possible to send a cheque through the mail, but I might look into that and if I can do it, I will ask you for postal/payment details. I hope you understand that if it does cost me money to process international cheque, I would have to take the cost off of the 30 euros. Ideally, I want to pay you with paypal, and is it possible you could setup an account? I could even wait until a later date, and send you payment if it takes a few months to find option. If you have any other ideas, please let me know.
