Quirk: Soul Forge
Tarot Forge: Ouma reaches into his own soul and pulls out a deck of Tarot cards. He can only draw once and from the top. The deck is always randomized when he draws it out of himself. Depending on which Tarot he draws dictates the kind of weapon, the Name of it, and Quality. His tarot is the Lovers, upright; This brings forth the Swords Oath-keeper and Till Death.

Anima Forge: Ouma reaches into the Soul of a person and draws out a Weapon or Item the personifies that Person and shows the true nature of their Soul. The Weapons, Tool, or Object is completely random in Naming and Quality as he has no control over the Shape of another’s soul.

Drawbacks:
Out-Of-Body Experience: Anyone Ouma uses his Anima Forge Ability on becomes incapacitated and unable to be respond to external stimuli as Ouma has literally pulled their soul out of their body and reshaped it to it’s true shape.
Guardian Angel: As Ouma draws people’s Souls out he becomes physically compelled to defend them lest they are killed while he uses their soul. This even means using his own body to protect the Vessel.

Special Qualities:
Timeless body, Worn Soul: As Ouma is tied to the very life essence of Humanity making his body age at a negligible rate and he is seemingly immortal. But as he pulls more Souls he sees the other people’s life experiences and those memories weigh his heart and mind heavily.
Soul Tether: As Ouma uses a soul repeatedly he begins to develop a metaphysical tie to the person allowing him to sense them even when they aren’t directly around him Likewise he can feel the pain, Stress, Worries and other experiences his Tether is going through at that moment.
Shattered Soul, Single Entity: As Ouma can use Tarot Forge without incapacitating himself because at birth his soul was shattered and made into multiple fragments. Most Fragments are just spiritual vessels for his weapons. But some have begun to develop personalities and Identities from Previous Tethers he had developed and now have severed. Certain Personalities can arise at random speaking their mind. He calls them Awakened Souls.


Special Skills:
Mixed Martial Arts:
As he is very conscientious of pulling a person’s Soul needlessly and usually doesn’t consider things threatening enough to call on his own Tarot cards. He uses the Martial Arts he learned from the Clan and from his own training with Shou. The Schools he learned are Hakkeshō (Baguazhang), Xing Yi Quan, Wing Chun, Kendo, and Iatsu.
Housework: He was orphaned shortly after his birth and was raised in a Shinobi ran Covent. He raised with the Clan Siblings, Sisters, and the Abbot to be a self-Sufficient man who could care for himself once he was old enough to live on his own. As such he is versed in Hand Washing Dishes, Cooking meals, Hand Washing Clothes, Ironing Clothing, Basic house cleaning skills, etc
Iron Will: As he was raised in a Religious Covent rigorous study habits had been drilled into him and he is highly studious. Very few things can break his focus as he studies something. May it be an Enemy or a piece of literature.
Shinobi Training: As a member of a Shinobi Clan Shou’s mind and body was trained and forged into a veritable tool of Warfare and Espionage. His Agility, Flexibility, Strength and Stamina is seemingly super human in comparison a regular human’s but is nothing compared to a Villain with Quirks that enhance their physical capabilities. This is why all Shinobi clans train their members in the Martial arts to stop the flow of Chi and disabling a person’s Meridians.

Bios:
Ouma was born unique, even more so than most people born in a society proliferated with Human with Superhuman powers. Ouma was born with the power to tap into things in the Aether and draw magnificent, terrifying, or puzzling things from the very fabric of the Human soul. But this wasn’t beginning of his story. Nay, his story started when he was left on the doorsteps of a Convent as a mere child by parents who didn’t want anything to do with a Child.
Ouma was forced to live a highly rigorous and traditional religious life in the Convent. Scheduled prayers, Study time with the Bible, traditional Education and Shinobi training with his Adoptive mother. Even though the Sisters groomed him and cultivated him to be a stunning specimen of Humanity he silently chafed under them. He didn’t care about Their God, or the need to know algebra to be a functioning adult in society. He just wanted to Live for a change.
But what was living? He hadn’t known anything other than the Abbey, The Covent, and his studies. It wasn’t until his tenth birthday did he realize he was destined for more than the Abbey. As one of the sister suffered from a Sudden Mental break down and began attacking people randomly with Shinobi tools. He felt a tugging in his heart. He didn’t know what he was doing as he slammed his hand into his chest right where his heart was. He saw his hand shimmered and plunged into his chest. Once he felt something he grabbed a hold of it and pulled it free from whatever recess in his heart there was. As he freed his hand he revealed a Tarot card that was Upright with the Tower on it. The tarot card flared to life and turned into a Shield and Mace called Piety and Devotion.
With those weapons he disabled the sister. But the convent and Clan was troubled. Yes, they had Members who had learned how Quirks work. But they had never had someone born with a Quirk. And so, the Convent sent him off to schools that would cater to his need to how to better tap into and control his Quirk.
While in public school he was often called dull or Tired looking. His flat eyes were always seemingly gazing into a place beyond the Then and There. His rather distracted nature peeved his teachers and was called on for his seeming lack of focus. But Ouma was a sharp lad and was never without an answer on the tip of his tongue. He soon developed a reputation of a problem child amongst his educators.
Given his odd enrollment into his schools his convent had asked the schools not to mention where he had come from. This was because in actuality they hadn’t ever registered with the government they had taken in an orphan and didn’t want to get in trouble for not mentioning it.  Before long rumors would flock about him and where he came from, but he had been instructed as well not to talk about his home so would brush people off to their annoyance.
Soon this would lead to open conflicts with other students. Since he had never needed to defend himself whenever the other children picked a fight with him he inevitably got hurt. This led the Convent making him take Martial Arts lessons. He would take to those lessons like a fish in water and this would later lead into him severely injuring several students who sought to bully him further. The School was forced to expel him even though he was simply defending himself given pressure from the parents of the Hurt students.
And so, the next five years would be like that first school. Ouma wouldn’t ever be able to stay in a single school for more than a few months as he built a reputation of being a vagabond. It was until his fifteenth birthday his life would continue on this chaotic path. His Convent managed to get him enrolled into U.A. High.
He would have to leave the convent completely and stay at a Host home as it was on the other side of the country for him. But it gave him a fresh start. No Nasty reputations, no preexisting prejudices, just him and his choices to make a new future for himself. As such he was not keen in talking about his past up to this point in time and frequently complains about describing his life a Pain and a Half.
He refuses to make friends, but he is neither hostile or unfriendly to those who choose to be around him, but nobody has been successful in getting him to do a group activity. Most people say he has a pitying look in his eyes when he looks at somebody as if he can see into their soul and is silently weeping for them.
