Rin stepped forward from his small hut onto the lands, the people had fallen into a state of disrepair. They had forgotten what it was like to build and cultivate the land together as one entity. Rin knew it was due to the lack of an Elder to lead them, sitting there over the waters of his home he made up his mind that he would need to take the steps to unite them, it was his new goal to become the Elder of Namek and help his friends and people grow and become strong together again.

As Rin sat over the ledge feeling the blue grass under him he sent out a telepathic call to all his people. Many of whom had already vocally supported him and insisted he be the Elder. It wasn't until this day he decided he was not so much worthy, but ready to tackle the challenges of being the leader of his people.
"My family, my brothers, I would like to invite you home, we are one and should be united. I promise I will lead us to brighter days where we may find peace at last." Rin calmly stated in his telepathic message.

Rin set forth codifying the laws of his people they were ancient and traditional, none had changed since he could remember but he felt it was proper only to have them for the younger generations. Rin knew this was the first step to bringing his people together, he couldn't wait to see the joy this union of mind and spirit would bring his people.
