  7. As the sith emperor you have full control of the day to day running and activities of the sith order, You may select your high ranking officals and great a higharach
  8. in order to maintain your rain. You are fully responsible for the actions of memebers of the sith order and are expected to rule with an iron fist.
  9. Upon successful over throw and claiming the title of emperor, You may promote any memeber of your chosing for the position of Emperors Voice, Emperors Hands. Please note Emperors
  10. Wrath will be awarded on tournaments hosted by the emperor to find the strongest duelest within the order.

  26. Emperor's Voice

  28. The Emperors voice is the unoffical second in command of the sith order, They will take a place within the dark council and guide them with decisions, on the absence of the
  29. emperor they will be the casting vote. The Emperors voice may create a vote for the demotion of a dark council memeber.

  33. Emperors Wrath
  34.  
  35. Emperors wrath is a title given to the leading member of the sith order with dueling abilities, The emperor will hold tournaments in order to see whos worthy of the title,
  36. The leading member of the tornament will be given the title, and it can be removed upon losing at future tonraments.
  37. Emperors Wrath operates outside of the council (with good reason) and may only answer to the Emperor.

  41. Emerors Hands

  43. The emperors hands are two claimed titles given to two memebers of the sith order by the current Emperor. These members may be anyone of the emperors choosing and similar to
  44. other positions may only answer to the emperor. The position may vote within council meetings and express their opinions, The title is purely to advise the Emperor.

  46. Dread Master

  48. The rank of dread master may only be given to former emperors of the sith, Upon stepping down or being de-throned, Due to their RP identity being PKed in sense, They are given
  49. the option to take a lore position within the dread council. The dread council answer only to the emperor and work outside of the dark council. They may advise the emperor and
  50. act as a permenant varient of the dark council.

  54. Dark Council
  55.  
  56. Dark council memebers are elected by current dark council members, In order to join you must be first summoned to the dark council chamber during a dark council meeting by one of the members,
  57. There a vote will be cast on your position on the council, The subject must be a darth in order for the vote to be created. Each council member will be incharge of a sphere of the sith,
  58. These sphares work as different sections of the sith, As listed below please see each sphere.

  60. -Sphere of Defense of the Empire-

  62. Will manage the Dark honor guards of the sith, This includes apointind patorian guards for the emperor.
  63.  
  64. -Sphere of Military Strategy
  65.  
  66. The sphere of military strategy will manage the apointment of overloads which will goven the sith focus on different planets and their capture points.

  68. -Sphere of Imperial Intelligence
  69.  
  70. Will manage the trainning and use of sith assassins, who are tasked to scout planets and keep track of jedi activity.

  72. -Sphere of Ancient Knowledge

  74. their sole position will be to manage sith sorcerors and the protection of the holocron vult. They must ensure the defense of holocrons and maintain the trainning of dakr arts

  77. -Sphere of Military Offense
  78.  
  79. This sphere will control the trainning of sith inquistors, whom will scout and detain jedi for interigation and convertion. They will be souly responsible for the capture of memebers of the jedi
  80. order and convertion to the sith.
  81.  
  82. Sphere of Laws and Justice

  84. This sphere is set into place for the promotion and trainning of Sith overseers, These overseers will train new hopfuls, Manage new acolyes, Host mandatory sith trainning and also
  85. host trials so current lords+ may hand pick their own acolyte to take on as an apprentice.
  86.  
  87. Darth
  88. The darth position is consered quite formidable within the sith, As a darth you are eligible for selection onto the dark council, May take on three apprentices and can PK apprentices.
  89. The darth rank also grants you the ability to call a debrief for conquest. You may call a conquest grounding all lords and below, who must come to the debrief. (Please note you may only
  90. call conquests after being properly trainned by an oversear first).

  92. Lord
  93. Upon being granted the rank of lord you are now eligible to take on a maximum of two apprentices. You will be responsible for the trainning of those apprentices and must install disapline ,
  94. If as a lord your apprentices are seen causing trouble you will be held personally responsible and in extreme cases may be served punishment depending on the sevarity of disterbance.
  95. You are personally responsible of ensuring your apprentices meet the standards to take their lord trials.

  97. Apprentice
  98.  
  99. As an apprentice you have been hand selected by a lord + To follow in their teachings and prepare for the challenges ahead with lord trials, You must follow your masters instructions.

  101. Acolye
  102.  
  103. As an acolyte you're fresh to the achademy and must train and catch the attention of a lord+ in order to be selected as an apprentice, Here you will follow the fight or flight mentality, Only
  104. the strongest of acolytes will continue their progression in the sith order.
  105.  
  106. Sith Youngling
  107.  
  108. The sith youngling is the starting position within the order, You must be trainned by an overseer and demenstrate compitants in order to be promoted to the rank of acolyte.

  110. 1.2 The rules and restrictions on PKing
  111.  
  112. Pking is a dangerours business and only attempted by those confident in their abilities and hunger for progression. Below will be listed the 2 forms of a PK followed by the rules
  113. behind a Overthrow.
  114.  
  115. Soft PK
  116.  
  117. A soft Pk may be inisuated by someone of equal rank or one junior. For example, A lord may offer a PK to a darth, A acolyte to a apprentice etc. In order to iniuate a Pk the offensive memeber will
  118. advert a pk challenging the other to a PK. The second party memeber may refuse the PK however this will be seen as cowardly and will affect the career of said memeber. Upon the Pk being accepted both members
  119. will meet and set the presets of the duel, Members of the order may watch however may NEVER assist, a PK is purely 1v1. Once over, the losing party will be deraked by 1 and the winning party will have shown their
  120. cunning and strength which should greatly assist in future career paths. Winning partys may document who theyve pked and losing parties must change their RP name.

  122. Hard PK
  123.  
  124. With the same rules as the previous example a hard pk will result in complete reset of the losing memebers rank. A hard Pk not to be taken lightly, Must be preformed infront of a Darth + and once offered in advert
  125. cannot be retracted.
  126.  
  127. Overthrow
  128.  
  129. An otherthrow may only be done when the Emperor is availible ( Online) And may only be done by a darth plus, An otherthrow can be done at any time anywhere, and must be inisuated by adverting "otherthrow" Following this
  130. the emperor may enlist the protection of his patorian guards and dark guards. Other memebers of the sith order may assist the emperor however the attacking party may not use the assistance of anyone. Upon successful killing the
  131. emperor the attacker will be proclaimed emperor of the sith order, Choosing a new voice and hands, Resulting in the previous emperor being offered the position within the dark council ( if availiable). This also would remove the rank
  132. from the current wrath, resulting in the newly formed emperor hosting wrath trials within 24 hours of his victory. After winning a otherthrow the current emperor will be immune from otherthrows for 72 hours.
  133. However, If the otherthrow attempt is lost, the attacking memeber if killed will be hard Pked and reset to acolyte Unless the follwing events,

  135. If the attacking memeber escapes off world, they would become exiled and must ally themselfs with a sepereate faction. Please see section 1.3 for exiled memebers.
  136. Or if the attacking memeber is detained, to this point the emperor may do with them as he wishes, Stripping them of their rank and keeping them detained.

  138. 1.3 Being Exiled.
  139.  
  140. You may only be exiled from either the sith order by dark council + or jedi council memebers +.
  141. In order for an exile to take place the inisuater of the exile must have a acceptable exile RP reason, following this they must advert the affected partys name/ rank and reason for exile. After these events have taken place the affected person
  142. must attempt to leave that factions home world and either attempt to ally themselfs with a seperate faction. Once the affected party is labbled as exiled they are open to hard PK by anyone within the order. If they are successfuly killed within the
  143. exile attempt they will classed as hard pked ( see seciton 1.2).
  144. Upon successful escaping an exile the effected party must change their rank to "exiled sith/jedi Name" and remain pkable by any memeber of their previous order until they ally themselfs with a new faction.

  146. When a exile is ordered, the party to inisuate the exile will be open to PK by the affacted party member. for example, If a Darth is set for Pk by a dark council memeber, they may attempt to track down the council memeber and kill them, if successful the
  147. council memeber will be Pked and the exile will be called off, However the exiled party may not use the assistance of anyone else and the inisuating party may use the protection of anyone within their order. Upon leaving the planet the posibility to PK
  148. the inisuating memeber will be void.
