- When is this going to end? We have already provided you proof of authorization to sell the disputed products on eBay, and our eBay account is in GOOD STANDING and PRODUCTS SOLD APPROVED BY VERO, NETSAFE, and MC099 team but I GET IT YOUR 2 "DIFFERENT COMPANIES".

- I am respectfully requesting that the hold on my funds be lifted so I can transfer them to our company bank account ($2000 Est.) x1012. This is a more than feasible request as you can look at the feedback profile on the eBay account and I can also send you an email from every person who purchased an item from us on eBay to see they are fully satisfied and alright if you release the funds.
- I will also provide upon request a signed copy of a document from our lawyers office Greenspan and Associates, confirming that if you release the funds we will still be liable for any charge backs or disputes and any damages from them will be paid in full upon receipt of notification either by PayPal or PayPal's assigned collection agency.
- If you are NOT willing to release the funds, this case may be transferred to the court system where you will be required to pay restitution to all of our suppliers, shippers, and departments we were unable to pay due to these funds not being released. So our suggestion is to accept the document we have put forth.
- I am not necessarily requesting that my account be re-opened or to be allowed to continue to use the PayPal service, as I have already taken my business to Stripe. However, I do still think it would be in your best interest to do a full review of my eBay account and confirm that the account is in good standing plus the VERO team and MSNETSAFE team approved the sales, which would provide reason to re-open the PayPal account.
- I have previously requested a review/appeal of my case which was denied by your scripted messages from agents that must know a lot about every type of business because they were able to provide a huge decision like that in minutes. Although I still disagree with the decision to deny my "appeal" I will abide by it – however because I feel that holding my funds for 180 days for a non-fraudulent violation of PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy is excessive, and perhaps a punitive abuse of power to obtain interest in your corporate bank account, further action will be taken if this cannot be resolved.

- Also if you review the transaction in question, 7KT307080L6130416 you would see that the buyer purchased from us previously and was SO SATISFIED he ordered an additional copy for their branch office in the US. Also if you review your calling history, you would see that we called the limitations department prior to completing the first order from Bryan to ensure his account was verified and in good standing to prevent any charebacks!
- Also in your appeal notice you said the website I need to refer to is eBay.com. There is nothing to refer to on eBay.com because my account is in perfect standing because the VERO/MC099/and MSNETSAFE TEAM ALL CONFIRMED WE WERE ELIGIBLE TO SELL THE PRODUCTS.
