- 1. Import your armor and delete the skeleton that imports with it.
- 2. Import another cuirass which has pauldorns. I used the Ebony Cuirass.
- 3. Delete everything from the cuirass you imported except the pauldrons.
- 4. Select your paudrons (make sure that in edit mode all vertices are selected also), then shift select the cuirass's pauldrons.
- 5. Go Object->Scripts->Bone Weight Copy
- 6. Set quality to 3 or 4, and select 'Update Selected'. Hit Okay and let it work, this can take some time depending on your computer's power.
- 7. Delete the pauldrons. At this point your pauldron are rigged, no for those bits on the back.
- 8. The botoom of those sticks is on the pelvis bone, so go into edit mode on them.
- 9. Select all the vertices and go down to the vertext groups. Createa new one and call it Bip01 Pelvis. This must be spelt exsactly.
- 10. With all the vertices selected, hit the assign button. If it worked then hitting the Desel. button with unselect them all, and the Select will them reselect them all.
- 11. Go back to object mode and with everything unselected, import the skeleton.nif found under meshes\character\_male\ . Remember to select 'Import skeleton Only + Parent to selected'.
- 12. Select all the armor peices and then lastly selected the skeleton you just imported. Hit ctrl-P key and select the first option each time. Lastly hit ctrl-A with everything selected.
- 13. Export, you've rigged them all to the same skeleton.
