<nazca> Akiha is in her usual garb, wearing her signature white starched blouse with the sleeves rolled up to her elbows, the blood-red skirt falling down from her waist and settling in nicely with its rather rigid pleats. Her hair is in its usual unbound state, with the white headband to keep things neat. She is sipping her tea rather morosely.
<Arisato_Miki> Seated in one of the chairs, a blond man stood there. He brought a brash and confident smirk and three scars on the right side of his face, that seemed to only add to his charm. His outfit was composed of a heavy leather jacket and white t-shirt together with some jeans, making him look like a normal young man. At the current moment, he was looking bored, resting his face in one of his hand, as he stared into his tea.
<Sciencegar> Sitting on a stool at the edge of the room, next to the bookshelf, is a dark-haired man in a simple brown suit. He seems quite engrossed in the collection of rare books, and runs his left hand over the titles, and takes down three of the oldest books with great care, and begins to read with great interest.

<OvermanXAN> Closer to Akiha sits another dark haired woman, this one in a rather unusual attire, dark green and rather reminiscent of a nurse's uniform. She stares somewhat suspiciously at the blond, before shifting her gaze over at the man examining the books. Something about the way she holds herself seems a bit out of place for this era.
<Sandwitches> The final occupant of the room is a blue haired man, seated to the left of Akiha.  He is dressed in a Blue and grey suit with a simple pair of white pants.  His gaze slowly takes in each of the beings within the room, though the blonde haired man never leaves his field of vision.
<Sandwitches> "...  We are ready to begin."
<Sciencegar> The dark haired man turns to observe the room, peering at the others over the edge of a collection of 17th century Japanese philisohical tracts.
<nazca> "We've been ready for the last half hour. My tea is already cold." Akiha replies, placing her teacup down on its saucer with a definitive clink.
<Arisato_Miki> A look of interest finally comes to the blond man face. "Oho... Finally."
<Sandwitches> "Then the Newcomers should introduce themselves so that we can discuss business."
<Sciencegar> The dark-haired man puts the book down on his lap, with some reluctance. "Oh, so we are going to use real names then? I was afraid there would be ridiculous codenames, or numbers, or something like that."

<Sciencegar> "Very well. My name is Donnie Nakajima. I am here at the invitation of Tomoe-Gozen, to whom I owe a great debt of gratitude. I would like to thank the lady of the house for allowing this meeting, her taste in literature is impeccable."
<Arisato_Miki> The blond nods, staring at the people around the table for a moment before finally starting to talk. "I am Mekibos, envoy of the Zuvorg Empire. I have come to mend the relations between my people and the people from the Earth."
<Sciencegar> Donnie looks over at Mekibos with a skeptical look, then picks up the book again, waiting for some elaboration or a new speaker.
<nazca> Akiha nods at Donnie, accepting the compliment, yet no smile curls her lips. "Please feel free to use the library as much as you want, Nakajima-dono. I only ask that the books be replaced properly after you've done with them."
<nazca> She clears her throat. "I gather that ou all are familiar with who I am, but for all intents and purposes of this meeting, I introduce myself as Tohno Akiha, Head of this household and of the Tohno Clan."
<Sciencegar> "Thank you, Tohno-Sama. Beleive me, I will take utmost care with your precious volumes." He gently runs his left hand over the cover of the book, almost...caressing it.
<Sandwitches> The blue haired man continues to stare at Mekibos and nods slowly as Akiha introduces herself.  "I am Known as Ingram Plisken.  My true identity however is as the being known as Soldato J - 000."
<OvermanXAN> The other woman nods "And I am Tomoe Gozen, formerly of I-Jin. If you would rather, you can also refer to me as Saisei. I answer to either."
<nazca> "Perfect. Now we can all exchange business cards and trade recipes." Akiha replies as she lifts her teacup to her lips once more, taking a sedate sip of her ingratiatingly-cold tea. "Now, let's get this meeting started, shall we...?"
<Arisato_Miki> During the whole exchange Mekibos stared at each person there as they talked. He was really interested in everyone there. "Yes, please."
<Sciencegar> Donnie nods, his eyes going from the page to the room and back.
<Sandwitches> "Yes.  The first order of business is simple."  the man turns to face Akiha.  "What news do you bring from the cabal?"
<nazca> Akiha nods at Ingram Plisken. "We have reason to believe that the world itself would be destroyed should we try to launch another assault against Tokyo-3. This destruction would be brought about by a non-Impact event." She places her teacup down. "We have since moved our focus to Germany, where the Impact event will hopefully take place."
<Arisato_Miki> Mekibos arched his eyebrows at this. That was... really interesting. They too were living through a crisis.
<nazca> Akiha then blinks at her own words, before clearing her throat. "That is what...the 'cabal' thinks, in any case."
<Sciencegar> Donnie doesn't look up from his book, but he frowns. "Ah, so this group runs stakes that high. Interesting..."
<Sciencegar> "At least this Cabal know when to be careful."

<Sandwitches> "I see.  So They have decided to cut their losses...  And are focusing on the compound where they created Tabbris and the Dummy Plug system."
<nazca> AKiha nods. "That would seem to be the case here, yes."
<Sandwitches> "We will need to keep an eye on the situation there..."  The blue haired man shakes his head.  "Are they requesting you leave the city?"
<nazca> The raven-haired Tohno Clan Head closes her eyes for a brief moment, before opening them again. "Quite the opposite. They want me to remain in the city to keep a close watch on the situation."
<Sandwitches> "Then we do not need to worry about the cabal interfering with our movements in the city."
<OvermanXAN> "Assuming of course they are not given any reason to be suspicious of Akiha-dono, I would assume"
<nazca> "Thank you for the vote of confidence, Tomoe-dono." Akiha replies after a moment, staring at the tea leaves at the bottom of her cup. "I assure everyone that SEELE would sooner suspect their own mothers before suspecting me of any wrongdoing."
<OvermanXAN> Tomoe looks Akiha in the eyes "My apologies. I did not intend to imply a lack of confidence in your work." She turns her attention to J. "Shall I give a report on our recent activity?"
<Sandwitches> "Yes, please do."
<OvermanXAN> "J and I raided the location the Proto-Zonders we have been working towards annihilating were operating from from. We can confirm that we vanquished ten males. The one female that we saw was captured by NERV after it attacked one of the other males, who unfortunately escaped."
<Sciencegar> "Proto-Zonders? And what manner of beings would these be? A threat to the whole world like the other group?"
<OvermanXAN> "I believe J is the one best qualified to explain that."
<Arisato_Miki> "So the Zondars are atacking here too?"
<Arisato_Miki> This made Mekibos stand on the edge, looking at everyone there.
<Sandwitches> J stares at Mekibos for a moment before shaking his head.  "Not quite.  A human known as 'Ryougi' has been developing a materials that will lead to the creation of a Blue Planet Based Strain of Zonders is left unopposed."
<Sandwitches> "Am I to understand taht the Zonder's have begun raids on Alliance space?"
<Arisato_Miki> "Yes. This is one of the reasons I have came here."
<Sandwitches> "...  I see."
<Sciencegar> "So, a Zonder is something quite dangerous then, I assume? Like a Mimetic Beast?"
<Arisato_Miki> "The main problem is the fact they got some of my allies." Mekibos looked to the table.
<Sandwitches> "...  What?"
<Arisato_Miki> "?"
<Sandwitches> (Retcon the last two lines, sorry)
<Sandwitches> "Yes, Besides the Angels, Your former allies are presently the largest threat Earth faces...  Espcailly since They have acquired Shin Getter Dragon."
<Arisato_Miki> "Also, the fact that the Zondar have access to our technology... makes things even more complicated."
<Sandwitches> "Yours and ours.  If it wasn't for the Angel's ability to cause an Impact, I would say your people are the largest threat we face at the moment."
<nazca> Akiha merely swirls the cold tea in her teacup, seemingly mulling things over as the newcomers - and Ingram - began to talk shop.
<Sciencegar> "So, the Aliens are going to be an issue then? And they have their own Shin Getter? Puzzling, puzzling..."
<Sciencegar> "It does make one worry for the future of oneself and ones friends."
<Sciencegar> "But what are we to do about it? Empowered as we all no-doubt are, we are all still mortal."
<Arisato_Miki> "I would say that if somehow, my ex-team attacked... Humanity would sure have problems to defeat them."
<Sandwitches> "At least one member of your old team has already been destroyed by the Humans."
<Arisato_Miki> "Oho?" This brought a smirk to the blonde. "That is much fortunate."
<Sandwitches> "The... Galgau...  Was defeated by a Civilian Machine."
<Arisato_Miki> "... How that happened?"
<Sandwitches> "I am not sure of that myself."
<Sandwitches> J slowly shakes his head and turns to face Donnie.  "I am curious about how you have come to find yourself here."
<Sciencegar> Donnie looks up, again seeminly reluctant to put the book down just to talk. "As I said, Tomoe-Gozen invited me. She indicated that this collection of involved individuals might be of great help with my own issues."
<Sciencegar> "Through a very exasperating series of events, the kind that challenges ones faith in humanity, I find myself opposed to the Library, a fearsome set of enemies, I'm sure you'll agree. I seek to...dismantle them, as they increasingly seem to be corrupted by their unchallenged influence. And theye were never saints to begin with."
<Sciencegar> "But now I arrive here, and I'm being told you people represent alien empires, and groups that toy with the fate of the entire world, and I find myself a little awed."
<Sciencegar> "I would ask you, good sirs, what use you have for a secret agent, when the Horsemen of the Apocalypse seem to be riding on the winds?"
<nazca> Akiha smiles slightly at this, looking up from the tea leaves swimming inside her tea cup. "You speak much too highly of us, Nakajima-dono. We are not harbringers of destruction, we merely intend to ensure that things happen as we wish them to happen."

<Gilliam_Yaeger> A cracking noise heralded the roof collapsing, a small form clad in black landing hard on the table, sending it toppling onto its side, depriving Akiha of a place to rest her teacup and covering the interloper, while bits of plaster and a moderate amount dust filled the room.
<Sciencegar> In a flash, Donnie reaches inside his coat and retreives....a sheaf of A4 paper. Quality paper, but not exactly the greatest of weapons.
<Arisato_Miki> Mekibos doesn't do anything, observing, quite surprised, the event.
<OvermanXAN> Tomoe is already on her feet, but stops in mid motion from whatever she was doing next, waiting to see who their intruder is.
<nazca> "..." Akiha doesn't so much as flinch at this, remaining in her seat - but merely waves one hand, trying to fan the plaster and dust away as she sets her teacup aside.
<Sandwitches> J doesn't move, his eyes gaze locked onto the being within the cloud.
<Gilliam_Yaeger> The table stirs, and the intruder crawls out, and manages to crawl to its knees, coughing quietly from the dust. A tight-balaclava-wearing face wearing Splinter Cell goggles slowly looks up at the other people in the room, regarding them one by one before lingering on Akiha. "Oh...fuck."
<Arisato_Miki> "... I see we have a pesky little bug here with us."
<nazca> "...Honored guests." Akiha considers the intruder carefully, before gesturing towards it in a dismissive fashion. "If you may be so kind."
