  2. This is pretty long, use CTRL + F
  3.
  4. assumptions
  5. -All R and below servants + welfare servants are NP5
  6. -all servants are available
  7. -no sorting within tiers
  8.
  9. roles
  10. DPS- servant whose endgame is doing damage, and lots of it. easily the least valuable of all niches.
  11.
  12. Support- includes a servant whose role is specifically something other than damage; they can provide targetable or AOE buffs. of all the different types of support these servants can provide, NP charges, damage amps, debuff clear, hard damage mitigation are the most useful. healing, star generation, and taunt are strong supplementary forms of support but do not work well alone.
  13.
  14. Semi-Support- catch-all category that includes servants with multiple roles; they can DPS, and they can provide forms of *useful* support (NP charge, targetable buffs, targetable or AOE debuff clear). they may even have a niche that is found on almost no other servant (Formless Moon, Scapegoat, Twin Arm Big Crunch)
  15.
  16. EX- the very best servants. don't go into a CQ without at least one of them.
  17. S- strong servants in general, doing one thing extremely well or capable of taking on multiple roles well.
  18. A- S but on a lower scale. generally strong all-rounder servants. having a niche helps but is not important.
  19. B- servants with a strong niche AND that work well with investment. not useful in as many situations as A, but are by no means bad.
  20. C- servants with an underused niche that can still work with investment.
  21. D- servants with a niche that rarely comes into play AND who do not scale well with investment.
  22. E- useless in the vast majority of situations. take significant investment to function, and even then often struggle to work as well as servants above them. there are like 3 servants that fit this category in the entire game so don't worry.
  23. Unrated- Not included in the list because they are either new servants, or not enough information is available to make a tier placement.
  24.
  25. No SSR is in E because none of them are complete dead weight. some are harder to make work than others, but the number of SSRs that are an active detriment to your team is 0.
  26.
  27. --EX--
  28. Cu Chulainn (Alter)- Cu Alter is one of the best servants in the game, and the sole damage-dealer that reaches the top of the list. His stats are excellent--he packs the 2nd highest ATK of any servant and his HP doesn't suffer for it, and he can generate a fair sum of stars and NP despite his deck. It also allows him to leverage his primarily-defensive kit extremely well, having multiple sources of damage mitigation and hard survivability. Finally, Berserker class gives him universal coverage, making him an excellent anchor for any team, in any situation.
  29.
  30. Scathach-Skadi- Skadi is one of the top damage-amping supports for CQs. While she lacks the sustain that other top-tier support Casters like Merlin and Tamamo provide, she has *just* enough in her kit--Evade and Damage Cut on NP as well as Crit Down--that she can still work as a complementary support. For general use, she makes many otherwise forgettable servants relevant again and is one of the best farming supports after Waver.
  31.
  32. Merlin- Merlin does a little bit of everything. He gives a damage amp, hard survivability, sustain, and NP charge. Having a free 60% net NP charge every 5 turns alongside a long-lasting, stackable NP, Merlin is the best NP enabler in the game, and virtually everyone's first choice for challenge quests.
  33.
  34. Tamamo-no-Mae- Tamamo is one of the few servants who frontloads all of their value onto the NP while having a functional if bland kit. Fortunately for her, cooldown reduction and NP charge are bonuses any team can benefit from. After her recent strengthening in JP, she also has one of the best damage amps in game, in terms of both strength and duration. Tamamo's a bit slower than the rest of the support Casters, but she remains a strong, stable support for challenge quests.
  35.
  36. Zhuge Lijang (Lord El-Melloi II)- Waver is a powerful damage-amping servant that enable NPs through his skill charges. While he suffers from long cooldowns, his NP provides valuable stall in charge drain, and he remains the best farming support, bar none.
  37.
  38. --S--
  39. Altria Pendragon (Archer)- Best Arts Archer in the game, and one of the best Arts DPS overall and it's not even close. She has no issues surviving, her damage amps are solid, and she can support the team through charge drains--on a spammable NP no less--and a defense buff. Strong servant vs single enemies.
  40.
  41. BB (Summer)- BB is a fantastic pointman for Buster teams. Her kit is largely self-sufficient; she can generate her own stars and crit with them, her cards all have favorable hitcounts, her damage skill is overloaded, and her NP is a rare AOE charge drain. Much like Jeanne Alter, BB is crit-heavy and doesn't care what enemies she faces--they'll take tripled damage to the face all the same. Finally, Formless Moon has the single most degenerate effect a skill can have--locking your hand for three turns. This opens up a ton of strategies for burst-heavy servants. Unfortunately, her low stats (for an SSR) hold her back.
  42.
  43. Benienma- The newest in a flurry of Arts Sabers, Beni stands out as the best of them. She not only sports a range of rare, valuable support abilities, they don’t come at the expense of her damage. She packs a massive 80% total powermod versus Chaotic Evil enemies; even when only one trait applies she’ll still hit very hard. Excellent servant on the whole, with no definite weakness and a variety of strengths.
  44.
  45. Cleopatra- One of a rare breed of AOE Assassins, Cleo is a bit of an odd duck. Her cards are excellent, and she has easy access to a hard-hitting NP that tacks Nullify Buff on all enemies. She's rarely in danger of dying due to her Golden Rule and Imperial Privilege, and she shuts down buff-heavy CQ gimmicks with ease.
  46.
  47. Edmond Dantes- The space whale's preferred DPS, alongside Gilgamesh. He packs excellent refund, and his Avenger typing plus Invul Pierce means you can run him against most AOE-heavy CQs without that much planning. He's expensive to run, though.
  48.
  49. Florence Nightingale- Nurse hits S due to her ability to play pointman and double as a support for surviving deadly CQ gimmicks. Her buff value is 112%, the highest of any Berserker (Raikou for reference is 92%), and her NP inflicts a heavy Attack and NP damage down debuff. Against enemies that remove buffs before NP, Night is your best line of defense. She also works well as a support due to having debuff clear, debuff immune, and a massive Buster buff that is active more turns than not. She's no Merlin, but she's an excellent support in her own right.
  50.
  51. Gilgamesh- Servants are extremely common in CQs, and Gil demolishes nearly all of them with Ea. He has nothing in the way of survivability, but having easy access to one of the most powerful NPs in the game more than makes up for it. One of the top damage dealers for CQs with multiple enemies.
  52.
  53. Jack the Ripper- Ignoring the obvious Skadi synergy, Jack packs a crazy 5% Quick card and steroids that let her hit hard against any Rider--not just female ones. Buff removal on an NP that ignores Def makes her that much more reliable at dealing damage. Arguably the best Assassin in the game at the moment.
  54.
  55. Jeanne d'Arc (Alter)- Class advantage is a thing! ...Unless you're Jeanne Alter. Tripled crit damage to go alongside two powerful damage amps means Jeanne doesn't care about what she's hitting; just give her some stars and she'll go to town. Not the best damage dealer in most situations, but you can use her in almost any situation equally well.
  56.
  57. Katsushika Hokusai- Oi is essentially a Berserker that resists Berserkers. She offsets her low NP damage by being SE vs Man attribute enemies as well as her ability to stack defense downs, especially when fighting solo. Moreover, her high crit weight, NP battery, and resistance to buff removal make her incredibly consistent at dealing high NP damage on demand. Arts' best pointman for AOE CQs by far.
  58.
  59. Meltlilith- Alter Egos are normally at a disadvantage in the damage department, but Melt separates herself from the rest with a strong combination of NP gain, buff removal, starburst, and damage. Despite her class she is one of Quick's best damage-dealers against single enemies.
  60.
  61. Minamoto no Raikou- Raikou is a two-step servant. She fires off an AOE NP, then sucks up the stars to blow up whatever is left. Easy to use and hits hard. Berserker class makes her usable in any AOE CQ, and crits + Mystery Slayer let her punch much, much harder than her NP scaling suggests.
  62.
  63. Ozymandias- Still the best Rider DPS even two years after his release. This is in large part due to Protection of Ra making him an excellent team player. In addition, it also gives him reliable access to a fantastic self buff in Imperial Privilege. Topping off his offense is an NP that inflicts a considerable Defense Down and the rare NP Seal debuff. Overall, a reliable, hard-hitting damage dealer.
  64.
  65. Qin Shi Huang- While his Attack stat is atrocious, Qin Shi Huang's steroids and team support more than make up for it. His taunt is the only one tied to NP among gold servants, and thanks to its invulnerability he can completely shut down a turn of card damage and ST NPs. In tandem with reliable NP access, Qin Shi Huang is Arts' answer to aggressive enemy facecarding in recent CQs.
  66.
  67. --A--
  68. Abigail Williams- Abigail is yet another odd servant that graces A. Buff removal before NP damage is very, very deadly against single enemies, and her Arts deck + Buster NP gives her strong synergy with Merlin teams. She even has a net 90% team battery to offset her mediocre NP gain and enable her supports' NPs more easily. Her Foreigner bases and skills also serve to make her a reliable, if slow, damage dealer. Her greatest issue is her long cooldowns, but without them she would make a strong argument for S.
  69.
  70. Achilles- Achilles is essentially Quick's "ideal" pointman, packing damage, survivability, and utility all in one kit. Pride of the Rearguard that trades scaling for battery is an interesting sidegrade that helps enable NP spam. While his buffs overlap with Skadi, he's still a strong waveclearer that can reliably make stars and crit with them. Not an incredible servant, but a strong all-rounder that fits A to a T.
  71.
  72. Anastasia Nikolaevna Romanova- Nastya is both a strong farmer--packing a hefty battery--and a solid team support. Her Charisma is a considerable Attack and Defense boost for your entire team on a short cooldown, and her stun success rate caps out at a whopping 170%. Closing out her kit is an NP that ignores invulnerability, making her a reliable damage dealer for Assassin-heavy nodes.
  73.
  74. Bradamante- Good if basic AOE DPS. Her potential to loop is weaker than the likes of Parvati and Lancelot, but she sports respectable base stats and damage amps. Similar to Parvati, she provides some utility of her own—a targetable battery and stun on an AOE NP. Brada doesn’t do anything new, but she’s easy to use and a reliable pointman for Quick teams.
  75.
  76. Brynhild- Post-buff, Hero's Sidekick is singlehandedly one of the best skills in the game. It's a targetable Self-Modification. Aside from Poster Girl synergy to help enable servants with low crit weight like Berserkers or Avengers, Bryn can also use it on herself to become an offensive powerhouse. She is arguably the best SSR Lancer in the game, but neither her damage or support are quite strong enough to hit S.
  77.
  78. Francis Drake- Drake is yet another servant that refuses to age with time. With a massive 50% battery and two sources of starburst, Drake is one of the best farming servants in the game. She even has an interluded NP and a 3-turn Invulnerability Pierce to make her a niche candidate for difficult content.
  79.
  80. Illyasviel von Einzbern- Much like Nero, Illya is a dedicated Assassin nuker, a role she fulfills nicely with an interluded NP boosted by a 70% steroid. Her NP gain is also quite good, having a similar base to Tamamo Caster that is further boosted by Infant of Nature, a NP-charging passive, and her NP's own buff. While her NP's demerit is minor, it still discourages her somewhat from doing what she does best. In short: a selfish, high-powered ST Assassin nuker.
  81.
  82. Ishtar- Ishtar compensates for her lack of NP interlude with favorable stats (3rd highest Attack of all SSR Archers) and a buff value of over 100% just from her own skills. She also frontloads her damage onto her facecards as opposed to her NP. For farming, she is your best choice among the Archers after Arash.
  83.
  84. Ivan the Thunder Emperor- Ivan lacks the raw ST potential of Ozy, but he provides another form of utility that is far more powerful: AOE buff removal. This in tandem with his Contradictory Spirit gives him reliable access to unmitigated NP damage. In the DPS department he's no slouch either, having NP Strength, Buster Up, and Buster Resist Down all in the same kit. Strong AOE pointman overall.
  85.
  86. Jeanne d'Arc (Archer)- As far as being a DPS, Jeanne isn't winning any awards for her Attack stat. However, her NP offsets this greatly; it gens crit stars each turn, and it has a high uptime due to her refill rate.
  87.
  88. Jeanne d'Arc- The game's first Ruler has aged heavily since release time, and she often gets a bad rap due to how slow and unfun her playstyle is. However, invulnerability tied to NP is still one of the most mechanically broken effects in the game after taunt and NP charge. For that reason alone she will always be a viable pick for CQs, even if she forces you to play by a different rulebook.
  89.
  90. Karna- With the highest Attack of all Lancers in the game, Karna is no slouch in the damage department. His NP after interlude demolishes Divine Archers and inflicts Buster Resistance Down, a rare but deadly debuff that lets the rest of his NPBB chain hit that much harder. He has issues gathering stars, but as far as farming Lancers go you will be hard pressed to find better options.
  91.
  92. King Hassan- Gramps is the sole Assassin with a Buster deck. Despite having slightly lower base stats than Shuten, he effectively has the highest damage floor of any Assassin in the game due to his ability to Buster brave chain. He also has ample survivability through Protection of the Faith and a 5k HP Guts. Better still is his 3% Arts and 5% Quick. However, his damage ceiling, like Musashi, is rather low. In addition, his NP is among the worst in the game--a Buster card that hits once and has increased IK chance with overcharge. Despite this, he can function as both a powerful anchor and frontliner for Buster teams.
  93.
  94. Leonardo Da Vinci- Of the AOE Casters, Da Vinci is the most bulky and packs the highest NP spam potential. Sporting a short cooldown Guts, passive healing and NP charge, and a massive battery, Da Vinci has no issues firing off NP after NP with ease. Further propping up her damage is her interlude and defense ignore, making her one of, if not the best, Caster DPS in the game.
  95.
  96. Mordred- Mordred is a straightforward AOE Saber; charge NP, nuke. She won't have much trouble keeping herself alive thanks to her defense buff and debuff clear, but she doesn't offer much besides damage. Overall, arguably the best AOE Saber for difficult content.
  97.
  98. Miyamoto Musashi- As far as self-sufficient servants go, Musashi is among the most popular. She can pierce defenses, remove them, and keep herself alive in a pinch. She even circumvents having limited gains on her Buster deck because of 5th Form. Doubling the hitcounts on all of her cards, she can generate twice the amount of stars and NP than usual; a single 3rd Arts crit with overkill refunds her entire NP. Her damage "floor" is very high due to having permanent access to Buster brave chains, but her ceiling is unfortunately quite low. She offers no support to the team outside of buff removal and has 0 crit access. She will fulfill her role regardless of what team you use her in, but she isn't as strong of a pointman as the other servants on this list.
  99.
  100. Mysterious Heroine X (Alter)- MHXA is a bit more high maintenance compared to Meltlilith, but she can be used on any enemy while being especially effective versus Sabers.
  101.
  102. Napoleon- Napoleon is all about consistent, unmitigated NP damage; he ignores all defensive buffs and hits like a truck vs Divine enemies. Napoleon is really just missing an NP interlude to make him more comparable to Archer DPS like Gil and Tesla. Even so, he's such a strong all-rounder in his own right that he can't be ignored. He is obnoxiously expensive to raise however.
  103.
  104. Nero Claudius (Bride)- Nero is a solid combo piece in Arts teams, often used for NP refund farming or for buffing an NP-looping servant like Hokusai. Her offense is also serviceable thanks to her NP interlude, but her cooldowns hold her back somewhat.
  105.
  106. Nero Claudius (Caster)- With a buff value of 116%, a QAABB deck, and a massive 50% battery, Nero is the prime farming AOE Caster. Unfortunately, most of her value is frontloaded into a single turn of burst, losing out handily to the rest of her AOE Caster competition when it comes to sustained damage and survivability. But if AOE Assassin nuking is what you need, look no further than Nero.
  107.
  108. Nikola Tesla- Tesla is essentially a worse Gil, and I mean that in a positive way. The majority of their SE targets overlap, but Tesla trades some stats for a bigger battery, an AOE stun, and some survivability. His buffs being chance-based hurts him somewhat, but overall he works similarly enough to Gil that his rating should reflect it.
  109.
  110. Okita Souji- While I find Okita to be overrated at times, she's nonetheless one of Quick's strongest damage dealers. Sporting a 5% Quick card backed up by Mana Burst and Mind's Eye, she'll not only hit hard but will do it again the next turn. Her kit is severely dated compared to more recent Quick servants, but she packs exactly what Skadi asks for to be a great DPS.
  111.
  112. Orion- Gil is to Tesla as Archuria is to Orion. His kit is more selfish than Archuria's, but he packs a guaranteed charge drain and a stackable Attack Down on NP. He also packs much more hard survivability compared to Archuria thanks to having access to crit down and an Evade. This makes him a stronger option for slower teams, especially versus Male enemies, while Archuria plays more aggressively due to her high NP refill and lack of hard defense.
  113.
  114. Quetzalcoatl- Quetz is generally seen as being overshadowed by Ozy, but she's a solid DPS on her own merits. Like Ozy, she has an NP that inflicts the ever-useful NP Seal debuff and is more than capable of hitting hard with just her own skills--more so in her ideal situation. However, she loses out on the support and survivability that makes Ozy reliable in CQs, so her rating suffers for that.
  115.
  116. Scheherazade- Schez is another stall-oriented damage dealer. However, don't let her low Attack and steroids fool you; One Thousand and One Nights is her secret weapon. Its SE modifier is much higher than usual, heaping 100% extra damage instead of the usual 50% from servants like Gilgamesh. This essentially grants her class advantage against King servants--who are surprisingly common in CQs--and the list of Kings that are already Assassin or Berserker is not insignificant. She's certainly more niche than Da Vinci and Nastya, but Schez has the potential to hit much harder while being just as survivable.
  117.
  118. Sessyoin Kiara- Kiara is the most unique of the Alter Egos. She packs onesided class advantage vs Rulers and gets a passive defense boost against nearly every servant. Although she has damage issues due to her class and lack of steroids, Heaven's Hole ignores all forms of defense. A niche but powerful choice versus long, mixed cavalry nodes.
  119.
  120. Sherlock Holmes- Defense buffs? Invulnerability? NP charges? Sherlock shuts them all down. He is obnoxiously difficult to kill due to his class and innate dodge + debuff immune, and his damage amping makes him a solid candidate for secondary DPS. He won't help the team last longer like other Arts supports, but he'll make exploding the enemy before it gets to that point far, far easier.
  121.
  122. Tamamo-no-Mae (Lancer)- As a Lancer, Tamamo has an insane Quick card and her NP gets a SE modifier versus an extremely wide enemy type--men. Her stun's drawback is actually not significant in practice when used with appropriate timing, and it works regardless of the enemy's gender. Overall, a solid frontline servant that needs no babying.
  123.
  124. Xuanzang Sanzang- Sanzou packs the highest Attack of all Casters in the game. She offsets her lack of burst with her ability to NP repeatedly. Sanzang's Teachings is quite overloaded and, paired with Rosy Cheeks, makes Sanzou an ideal pointman for handling Assassin enemies.
  125.
  126. --B--
  127. Altria Pendragon- Another AOE Saber with interlude. Like Mordred, she has an NP charge, but she also has charisma to go alongside it. That extra bit of team support arguably pushes her ahead of her son, but the two function about the same in practice.
  128.
  129. Altria Pendragon (Lancer)- The Lion King is a decent if bland farming Lancer. She has a massive 50% battery backed by decent base stats and steroids. Aside from invuln pierce on NP, she doesn't have much to offer in difficult content.
  130.
  131. Altria Pendragon (Rider Alter)- At a glance, Maid Alter is in a rough spot. She has similar internals to Archuria while having a worse Quick card and NP. Fortunately, the steroids on her skills help push up her middling Attack, and Coaching is very useful either on herself or the main Caster supports. She's a passable Quick DPS but nothing amazing.
  132.
  133. Amakusa Shirou- Despite being infamous for his atrocious cooldowns and low NP damage, Amakusa remains a valuable servant due to his niche. He is currently the only source of AOE buff removal on NP (Ivan has it on a skill), and with it he can break many otherwise difficult fights with ease. His Ruler class enhances his survivability and makes him a strong candidate for any AOE quest with obnoxious buffs.
  134.
  135. Enkidu- Enkidu is another odd duck. His deck lends himself to being an anchor servant--he does not play well in most teams. Damagewise he suffers compared to Musashi and Hassan due to lacking a Buster deck. However, he still packs a good deal of survivability through Prescence Detection and Perfect Form.
  136.
  137. Ereshkigal- Ereshkigal is a classic example of a DPS who attempts to support and ends up being good at neither. She has the lowest Attack of all SSR Lancers and one of the lowest among SSRs in general. This paired with her lack of interlude severely hampers her damage output. She's generally better known for her Protection of the Underworld, an overloaded skill that grants an Attack buff when used with her NP. As a pointman, she sacrifices damage for far more team stability, making her unique among the majority of Lancers in her class.
  138.
  139. Hijikata Toshizou- Hijikata is a powerful albeit gimmicky crit Berserker. He attempts to take advantage of his Berserker class by having a double damage NP and quadrupled crit damage if he hits 1 HP. This gives him an enormous ceiling that he can leverage against almost any class. However, he has a hard time getting everything lined up for that ideal burst, and he is usually done after pulling off his gimmick once anyway.
  140.
  141. Mysterious Heroine X- Before Skadi, MHX was solidly the worst SSR in the game. Even now, her strong internals, interlude, and base stats are hampered by a kit that is niche at best and awful at worst. After Skadi, MHX has improved greatly. If nothing else, she is now one of the top DPS Quick servants for dealing with Sabers and male Riders. Her primary niche, Saberface, is extremely narrow, but she is very deadly within it. She is still greatly outclassed for general use by Jack and Cleopatra, but MHX's darker days are at an end.
  142.
  143. Okita Souji (Alter)- First, the positives: Okita is tied with Arthur for the 5th highest Attack of any servant in the game. In addition, her cards are excellent and her skills are all good, if not exceptional. Unfortunately, it's wasted on who is essentially a farming servant at best. Alter Egos are not famous for their damage, and having a non-interluded NP on top of that puts a severe cap on her potential.
  144.
  145. Scathach- Shishou has the highest potential NP damage of any servant in the game. However, she is another overly-bursty crit DPS with her best skill being chance-based--not a good combination. Making matters worse are her overly-lopsided hitcounts; her Quicks are atrocious while her sole Arts is barely average. Her damage in an ideal situation, while excellent, is not consistent enough to put her on par with the Buster Lancers.
  146.
  147. Osakabehime- NEET-hime is a mess. While buff removal and targetable NP battery are always useful, having most of your utility frontloaded on NP...isn't. Tamamo gets away with it specifically because of how her NP works, but NEET is pretty terrible as a damage amp. She's definitely in a better position post-buff, but there is rarely a reason to bring her due to how poorly her kit meshes with Skadi's playstyle.
  148.
  149. Ryougi Shiki (Saber)- By far the most difficult placement on this list. After giving it much thought, I think Shiki fits here better than in A for a few key reasons. Her farming is worse than the other AOE Sabers (no battery and no interlude, among other things) and she’s heavily dependent on her team to stabilize her. In addition, Shiki packs no hard survivability and her damage is not great, either. Worse still, her nonexistent refill on NP creates an even larger gap between her and the other Sabers. While team debuff clear on an NP that can pierce any and all defenses is powerful, it’s rare you will want a servant with both. She’s great with a team built around her, but she’s also much more vulnerable without that support.
  150.
  151. Sigurd- Tied for the highest Attack of all Sabers in the game, Sigurd's damage ceiling is very promising thanks to his massive crit buff and STNP that gives him synergy with George. Assuming you can tag enemy Lancers with Ascalon, Sigurd's NP damage is without equal. Despite this, he suffers from a few key issues; his crits, while powerful, are inconsistent. Furthermore, he has issues surviving so defensive supports are a must when using him.
  152.
  153. Shuten-Douji- Shuten is saved by having high base stats, an awesome damage amp in Demonic Magic, and an AOE charm that works regardless of gender. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The debuffs on her NP are miniscule even when stacked, and the charm chance is a static 60%. Overall, she's an interesting if unreliable pointman for Arts teams.
  154.
  155. Sitonai- Not-Illya is a bog standard ST Arts servant. Her NP refill is quite good between her internals and NP battery. However, her damage suffers from being AE. She'll still work well if you're missing ST cavalry servants however.
  156.
  157. Vlad III- Like Napoleon, Vlad is obnoxious to level skills for, but the result is an incredible class-agnostic DPS. He offsets his atrocious base gain with massive NP refill and a battery that can drain enemy NP gauge. Excellent ST pointman with the caveat that he needs investment in his skills to work. His team comp is too specific that he simply doesn't work well enough outside it.
  158.
  159. --C--
  160. Altera- Altera fares worse compared to the other AOE Sabers because she lacks an NP battery, even if everything else is equal. Her facecard damage is quite good, but exchanging a harder-hitting NP in favor of that is not a good trade.
  161.
  162. Arjuna- After going through so many strong DPS Archers, Arjuna by comparison is incredibly disappointing. His skills don't help matters either; his best one is on an obnoxiously long cooldown, and the other two are either niche (5 turn debuff immunity) or vanilla (Mana Burst). Furthermore, his NP is by far the worst out of all of them; it would be downright terrible if it lacked an interlude. On the whole, Arjuna isn't bad, but he is definitely the worst SSR Archer by a long shot.
  163.
  164. James Moriarty- Sherlock's nemesis is an interesting if niche Arts Archer. He provides a solid damage amp for Evil servants [excluding himself] on a short cooldown, and he pierces invulnerability. His buff value is also above average among STs—60%. However, his cards are poor and his individual skills are really weak. His second skill makes critting harder for...virtually no reason. Why?
  165.
  166. Queen Medb- The Queen of Connacht has the lowest Attack of all SSR Riders. While her damage is quite good in practice due to interlude and a 50% steroid on a long duration, defensively she has nothing to offer.
  167.
  168. Sakata Kintoki- Kintoki is the first (and arguably greatest) in a long line of bursty servants that got ruined by break bars and quests lasting longer than a single turn in general. His burst damage is amazing and is class-agnostic, but he sacrifices any semblance of long-term usefulness in exchange for it. He'll always find use for skipping a break bar, but don't expect him to contribute much else beyond that.

  170. Semiramis- In a lot of ways, Semiramis is a highly experimental servant; she's an Assassin with a Caster deck whose primary damage amp is an enemy debuff. In this case, unfortunately, "experimental" doesn't equate to being very good. Double Summon's bonus effect is generally not relevant unless you're bringing her vs mixed nodes. Arrogant King's Alcohol is hampered by two very pointless and debilitating downsides for what is essentially a Mana Burst. At the very least, NP battery gives her a niche in farming. She isn't terrible or anything, just mediocre.

  173. Arthur Pendragon- A servant that is widely ridiculed for being so awful that he now makes a solid argument for worst SSR in the game. Let's go down the list of positives...highest Attack of all Sabers. That's it? His skills are either bland or significantly underpowered for how late he was added to the game. But that'd be fine if his NP at least had an inter--oh wait it doesn't. His niche vs Giant enemies, while powerful, is extremely rare to find in CQs. This leaves him worse than every other AOE Saber option the majority of the time.

  175. Iskandar- 3 damage skills. 1 interlude NP. The result? An overly bursty Rider that is not doing anything for the rest of the battle.

  177. Xiang Yu- This. Guy. Is. Worse. Than. Lancelot. That says everything about how dysfunctional his kit is. Oversimplifications aside, his stats are middling and his deck is mismatched. His NP refill and star generation is also downright bad. But the biggest insult is having a kit that rewards him for critting...and then gives him no way to do so. Easily the worst SSR Berserker by a mile.
