➸ background ; Lucrèce Yseult Girard - more commonly known as Lucè -  was born in Seoul, South Korea on the early morning of November 27, 1998 to a Korean mother and a French father.

She grew up in Strasbourg, France and was single-handedly raised by her father. As such, her father struggled raising her alone. They were not rich and her father's salary is just enough to cover their monthly expenses (rent, utilities, food) and it is very rare that Lucè will get new clothes. Sometimes, it went as far as Charlemagne giving up his last meal to his Lucè because they were short on food. This lasted for two years until her father had lowered down his pride to ask help and forgiveness from his parents because Charlemagne was unofficially disowned by her parents when the latter had refuses to leave his girlfriend who in the end, just left him and his daughter. Since then, Lucè had lived with her uncle, grandmother, grandfather and of course, her father. Due to this, she had developed strong bonds with her relatives.

Lucè was four when her interest in ice skating (figure skating, ice hockey and speed skating). She was surprised when her uncle told her that she would be attending ice skating classes alongside figure skating classes. It was something that she and her uncle bonded over with, their love for winter and ice skating. Her uncle, Francis, had became a prominent part of her life and had fully accepted the role as her other father. Francis is also one of the reason why Lucè is fashionista since he is one of the most renowned fashion designers in France.

Lucè was around ten when she had discovers the joy of gaming. Something that her father is proud of and this is their bonding session. Much to the dismay of her uncle and her grandparents. It did not take long for Lucè to become hooked an avid gamer, and preferring bloody, gory and violent games instead of games that are less graphic. It can be said that playing these games calm her nerves down.

Depsite having ice skating classes, her grandparents urged her and pestered her to take an outdoor activity so that she can stay fit and be more active and they had chose volleyball. She particularly never liked volleyball for it involved a lot of physical activies like running. However, she had soon grown to love the sport when she had discovered that her mind is wired for strategies. Since then, she had been more active in volleyball and her mind was strengthened by playing video games that involves strategies and she incorporates them in her team's play. This also became her way to get use around people and lessen her social anxiety.

Lucè was around seven years old when his father decided that it was time for her to meet her mother. And so, a few weeks before Lucè's birthday, the father-daughter went to South Korea. And it was a day she would never ever forget even in her young age. Her mother was quite charming and accomodating towards her father, to the extent that she could be very sweet. It would be nice of course, if only Lucè's mother would even acknowledge her. And this is the reason for her social anxiety - if her mother cannot accept her and notice her, why would those who have no relationship with her-whatsoever, would accept and notice her. Since then, Lucè had been reluctant in vising South Korea. But then, her father had introduced her to an old friend of his and said friend's son. It took a while before Hoseok (Wonho) earned her trust and since then, they became so close to the point that they are almost like siblings. Every summer vacation, Lucè will spending her vacation with her Hoseok oppa.

She only made a few friends while growing up - Celestine, Sabina and Marcellin. Sure, she is cordial with her peers but by in no means were they close. They knew of her, but they do not know her. So in short, her school life was nothing extraordinary. Well, she is a bit of popular because she plays for the school's volleyball team. But other than that, she is just your normal student who gets normal grades.

Lucè had only been 15 when she was scouted by SM Entertainment during one of the SMTOWN Concerts in Paris and coincidentally, she was in the city with her uncle. Her father had arranged her flight and lodging, she would be staying with her favorite oppa, Hoseok. She had only been a trainee of SM Entertainment for a few months before ahe had been included in the trainee exchange program and she transferred to JYP Entertainment.

If she was to compare her training in SMEnt and JYPEnt, Lucè would choose SMEnt over JYPEnt. Truly, she had a much harmonious relationship with her co-trainees there than in JYPEnt. In JYPEnt, she had never expected that she would be having a bad blood with one of the trainees, with Sana to be more specific. Her hostility had actually came from the fact that Sana would treat her with hostility. She just gave her the same treatment. But as for whatever the cause of this bad blood of theirs, Lucè had no idea.

➸ personality ; Masquerader. This word accurately describes Lucè. She is the type of a person who would appear as cool, calm, collected and even charismatic to some extent. You would see her annoyed and irritated but nothing beyond that. She knows how to control her emotions especially those which are negative. Lucè is quite adept in changing her masks, she knows what mask to put in front of different people within seconds. You could say that she is a good judge of character and yet, that does not mean she trusts easily.

Lucè is also very observant and strategic. It is almost like a second nature for her to assess her environment and run simulations inside her head, form plans and alternatives (and a whole lot of back-ups to cover the holes of the original). She also uses this in assessing what time of masks to use in a present situation. In addition to this, she is able to predict the movements of others through their body language.

Lucè is also quite formal and polite towards people and those who are keener and more observant than others would notice that her smile seemed false - almost as if it was forced. However, once she feels comfortable around you, she would be more open and can be quite playful.

Although, there are traits of hers that are consistent despite the masks she wore: politeness, sweetness and caring. No matter which mask she chose to hide herself to, Lucè would always be sweet, polite and caring. She is the type who would nag and nag and nag and be protective when the situation calls for it. But, she is someone who do not want to anger. She may not seem like it, but she is the type of person who would always want to get even, or better, make you feel worse (especially in the psychology aspect).

The thing about Lucè is, she is loyal to a fault. And she will do everything that she can if it's for those she trusts (and she is loyal to) even if it will end up hurting her.

Lucè's personality seemed to be all-over the place. But that what makes her Lucè, she is the light that changes over and over again and yet, she's still there.

GENERAL: In general, she always wears  a jacket or a coat on her person along with her scarf, simple and plain shirts or longsleeves and flat shoes (usually combat boots that are a bit folded over and a bit of unlaced) with minimal accessories
formal events: She wears dresses that are short (usually just stopping above her knees) that shows off some skin along with a coat to match and the only time where she wears heeled bootsz
public: She usually wears plain shirts or long-sleeved blouses along with a coat to match with her scarf, as well as pants, short or skirt that goes well well with the outfit and combat boots.
practice room: She usually wears a plain shirt, with a sweater on top and comfortable pair of shorts or pants along with rubber shoes or sneakers.
home: She usually wears some plain top or blouses along with denim shorts and some light coat or cardigan, she is usually barefooted at home.

➸ why you moved to cloud ent. ; The environment in JYPE had become too toxic for her to handle - especially with the bad blood between her and Sana (and the latter already debuting) and Somi being part of IOI, you could say that Yeseul felt alone and the toxicity in JYPE gradually rises and she has no one to lean on. When she had heard about Cloud Entertainment , Yeseul immediately asked JYP himself for permission to transfer entertainment and she was so desperate to get away from JYPE to the extent that she had begged JYP to let her transfer.

Lucè had been having a bad day and all because or the toxicity that arise within JYPE and Lucè does not want to lose her cool so she decided to visit the park that was far from JYPE yet at the same time, the park that is not crowded. (LI), on the other hand, wanted a change of scenery instead of being coopped up in the practice room. They just had bumped into one another and as a gentleman, (LI) had offered Lucè his hand and they just had started talking to each other and it lead to both of them talking about their problems without even knowing each other's names.

➸ how you act around him ; She act around him as she normally does, she is polite and formal towards him but if you look closely enough she's a tad bit nicer towards him.

➸ why did you apply? ; I'm always interested in apply fics since I cannot do my own fic and I like ransacking my brain for characters. Hahaha. And I really find applyfic interesting.
