So you cut off one of my fingers. That was pretty shit, to be honest. You
seemed different when you did it, like you were out of control.

I built another one though, so it's a little less shit.

I know you'd told me your sword contains parts of your being and that if it's
destroyed, you would die. However, I'd like to explain that I reasoned since
I've seen you without it in your hand, that not having it on your person would
be okay.
I'm sorry for endangering you like that -- I didn't mean to do it, and I hope
that you know I wouldn't want to actually hurt you, let alone kill you.

I don't know anything about your history, or what the story behind your sword
is. But I know a fuckton about smithing and the arcane. Maybe it's something
I can help with?

I'm bad at people. Sorry. I don't mean you're not able to deal with it. Fuck.
