Reasoning: Being taught by Isa for the upcoming timeskip where we are likely to finale Calamity.
What is the moment: Isa whilst speaking with Nippy felt a great pain for the losses the Astral had to endure and wanted to help Nippy become strong, to grant her power to aid in the combat of the evergrowing threat that continued to take from her and humanity. This technique however unlike the Kaioken she was originally being taught plays more into the heart and soul of Nippy. This very power comes not from her experience as a combatant but instead in the form of her hope and ideals. It truly was the perfect technique for Nippy because of her history in bringing unlikely people together and even making those who tended to be emotionally reserved open up. She is the very Makyo Star itself and aims to pressure forth her original ideals-but this time she won't look at killing as wrong, this time she wishes to grant Mercy "mercy" from her own existence.
