  1. Chicken in Sriracha Sauce with Black Beans

  3. Ingredients
  4. ½ cup soy sauce
  5. ½ cup chicken broth
  6. 3 tbsp honey
  7. 2 tbsp tomato paste
  8. 1 tbsp sriracha
  9. 1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger, grated
  10. 3 garlic cloves, grated
  11. 4 boneless, skinless chicken drumsticks
  12. 1 tbsp cornstarch
  13. 1 tbsp water
  14. 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  15. 1 tbsp sesame oil
  16. 2 cups canned black beans
  17. 2 green onions, chopped
  18. Directions
  19. In the cooker, mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, tomato paste, chicken broth, sriracha, and garlic. Stir until smooth; toss in chicken to coat. Seal the lid and cook for 3 minutes on High Pressure. Release the Pressure immediately.
  20. Open the lid and press Sauté. In a small bowl, mix water and cornstarch until no lumps remain, Stir into the sauce and cook for 5 minutes until thickened.
  21. Stir sesame oil and 1½ tablespoons sesame seeds through the chicken mixture; garnish with extra sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with black beans
