Hi Support,

I'm demanding a refund product or replacement product as I believe what I'm about to explain is just unprofessional and indecorous.
I'm a big fan of your Product Name and it's tasted off this time as well as it hard instead of fluffy (easy to bite into) which is what I’m normally used to when purchasing from you guys..
I have purchased your product many of times but this time it was just honestly filthy and I thought I'd approach you guys before leaving a bad review on your social medias etc.
This is completely out of hand considering I've had incredibly painful stomach aches after eating this product and diarrhea.
Note this occurred the exact day of opening - I bought X of these as they're my daughters favourite.
Thankfully I was the one to each the first tin out of the other X as I wouldn't agonize my child in this way never mind wish it on my worst enemy; incredible stomach aches within 10-20 minutes of
eating this!
It was opened the day after arrival February 23rd 2018.
I do not have the product(s) anymore as it has been disposed of since then as god only knows what my child would feel if she ate this, basically poison.
I'm expecting some sort of compensation from this as this is completely out of order.
I’m going to give you guys the benefit of the doubt and give you one more chance as this is the first problem I have with you guys but either way this should not have happened.

2. February 23rd, Around 3PM GMT, My home.
3. I am feeling fine now, but the sickness last about two days (Extremely painful stomach aches and diarrhea).
4. My symptoms are as follows.
- Incredibly painful stomach aches which genuinely felt like someone was beating my stomach with a baseball bat.
- Explosive diarrhea; my whole system ran through me for the next two days constantly.
I couldn't leave the toilet without having to return within 20-30 minutes. (I'm sorry for whoever had to read that but I can not lie to make your product sound good;
the way I felt I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy - and no; It wasn't got to do with my dinner as it is a family recipe which I frequently eat.)
5. No, My girlfriend, 2 year old and I frequently eat your PRODUCT and they are by far our favourite which may have to change if this is not resolved.
6. The symptoms started within 10-20 minutes of eating the PRODUCT to myself.
7. The diarrhea and stomach aches both lasted for two days.
8. No, thankfully I took the blow for my girlfriend and more importantly my two year old daughter; basically giving my child poison.

1. I had Andrew's Liver Salts which is for upset stomaches.
2. I did not receive any diagnosis from a medical professional.

Answer(S):
1. I had X, then the symptoms began to agitate me then continuously began to get worse.
2. I had a tuna sandwich and a cheese grill before eating the Product Name.
3. I had a family recipe of Spaghetti and Meatballs which I frequently eat and is under no circumstances the error in this.
4. 1 out of 6 tins, I ate half a tin and then the symptoms began.
5. Yes, It had a weird taste which I can not explain that well but here it goes; Rather than the original taste of the PRODUCT it kind of tasted acidic in a way?
It was also harder than usual; I'm used to eating a "fluffy" typed crisp from you guys.
