Twerpiest of Twerps +100 1300	Being a trainer seems like too much work anyways. This gets me out of doing that, is a good excuse for being immature, and means I can easily get away with wearing a dress constantly
A Friendly Shock +100 1400	It wouldn't be a Pichu Brother's adventure if shenanigans didn't happen regularly.
From The Heart +100 1500	Pichu have a tendancy to shock themselves when startled, ya know? This totally fits the theme.

Precocious Youth Free 1500	It's free, and means people will treat me seriously if I need it.
Wide Eyes Free 1500	It's free, and incredibly useful for being a child for decades on end and making sure my adventures don't get boring
Battle Brother's Bond -600 900 	Helps grow and maintain relationships, lets me understand my brothers and big sister with enough time, helps shrug off mind control, and acts as a once a jump one up. I love this perk

Electric Affinity -100 800 	Ain't a pichu without electricity. Plus it'll reduce the pain when I get shocked
Ghost Afinity -100 700	I'm bigger than Pichu Big and Pichu Small, I gotta have a reason to be Pichu Medium. A pun works perfectly well
Mind over Matter -400 300 This + Electric Affinity = Electrokinesis. Also I'll probably get other psychic powers post jump, but the electrokinesis is the important bit

Fanciful Accessories - Pikachu faced pacifier?	I forgot this item existed and a pacifier was the first thing I thought of. I can suck on it to get out of having to talk to people, so that's neat.
Signature Outfit - Oversized Pichu hoodie dress thing	It's a long hoodie with Pichu ears on the hood. Goes down to just below the knees, has a attached tail. The ends of the pull strings for the hood are little red puffballs.
Estoric Implement - Light Ball Bracelet, a ancient bracelet with a light ball set inside, gives the wearer some control over electricity and endlessly produces a small amount of electricity. Responds to wearers thoughts, and can damage them if used incorrectly -100 200	The other bit I needed for my Pichu electricity control. Plus later I can probably use it to charge phones and stuff
Adventure Bag - Shaped like a Pichu's head, it's cheek pouches even light up!

Big Sis Pikachu. A older female pikachu with a caring personality originally employed as train security, got worried for jumper and their brothers when she realised they were a unattended five year and a pair of baby pokemon, and decided to spend the rest of the train with them to ensure they got home safely. When they found out jumper was a homeless orphan, she decided to stick around to take care of them.
