Background Story:
Leroy Moore had wonderful parents. At the age of 8 me and my father went to go bowling. At red light a man came to the driver side window and pointed a gun at my dad's face. Crying as I saw it happen, the man shot my dad and threw me and him out the car and drove off. I've called the 911 and the police and ambulance was on the way. Being horrible at describing faces, the cops was never able to find the guy who did this. As years go by, I turned 16, I was full of anger and hatred. I became a rebellious kid, I did respected my mom but I stay out late looking for the person who took my dad's life. I fought anyone who gave me a wrong look and robbed them.

On the night of September 19, I was 18 at the time. I saw the guy who took my dad's life. I've followed him to his house. The next day, I went threw my mom's closest to grab the 9mm. At the night I've waited for him to come to his house. I then saw him and pointed the gun to his face. OPEN UP THE DOOR, I yelled. I've followed him into his house. I stole everything he got. Weed, meth, money, jewelry everything. I then told him to get on his knees. Why did you killed my dad, I asked. He tried to denied but I knew it was him. I shot him in the face "POW" and ran off.

I was 22, I was going to the store to grab groceries. I got a call from John Hopkins Hospital saying that my mom was shot and that she wasn't going to make it. I rushed to the hospital as soon as I can, but I was too late she was already gone. On my way back home, I got a call from my homeboy that word on the street that there was a hit on my head. Apparently the person that I killed was a brother with money has put a 1.1mil bounty on my head.

So I decided to move to a place that would of been the last place anyone would see me. I moved to Los Santos. When I got to LSAP I called my uncle on my mom side and told him I will send him the money to take care of mom's funeral. I also told him that after I did that, we can no longer speak again. And there goes my journey in Los Santos...

I have little to no experience. I do know the basics and I know right from wrong. If I were to make a mistake I can learn from it.

What is our policy on rape, robbing and scamming?
Rape:

If you want to have a rape scene, talk to the other person OOC-ly first. Make sure they know what to expect and are ok with it. If they aren't ok with it, or you can't come to an OOC agreement on how it should happen, don't do it Violating this policy can result in a permanent ban, even for a first offense.

Robbery/Scamming:

No OOC-scamming/robbing. IC-scamming/robbing is allowed, but not more that $500 in a robbery, and not more than %50,000 in a scam(unless admin permission is granted beforehand) OOC scamming or robbing is not allowed. This is very serious offense, because this is done OOC which means you got the money in a NON-RP way. You can scam or rob people in character, but there are limitations of money that you can take. If you are scamming somebody you can take up to $50,000 which is maximum and you cannot take more than that unless you receive permission from an admin for more which cannot $50,000. These special circumstances will onley be granted if a thorough reason and idea is presented. You also can't do such things like somebody for $100,000 and give them $50,000 back, because it's NON-RP. if you decide to rob somebody you can only take $500 from that person and you have to remember to to fully Role-Play both things

Punishments:

First Offense: 25mins a-jail and return of all costs
Second Offense: 35mins a-jail and return of all costs
Third +/+ Multiple Offenses: 50mins a-jail and return of all costs

If you got scammed, you are allowed to rob your money back even if it's more than $500

Robbing/Scamming level limits:

Robbing of a level 1-2 is not allowed. Scamming of players less than level 10 is not allowed.

You cannot rob people who are level 1 or 2 or scam players less than level 10. It is not nice when you are new to the server and somebody runs up to you and takes all your money. They are new players to the server so they need to learn. The same applies to robbers/scammer - You must be level 3 or higher to rob, and level 10 or higher to scam other players.

Punishments:

First Offense: 30mins a-jail
Second Offense: 45mins a-jail
Third Offense: 75mis a-jail

The rule can be ignored if the player has other accounts on this server with higher level or they give you permission to do so.

Killing after Robbery/Scamming:

This is strictly forbidden. It is obvious the robber/scammer is afraid of being caught by the cops but it is not fair towards the person getting robbed/scammed.

Punishments:

You are allowed to kill the person if they bring it upon themselves. Example: Insulting the person that is robbing them and or showing noticeable, obvious attitude

Explain some roleplaying terms, like metagaming and powergaming, and give examples to each.
Metagaming(MG) is using OOC information like you name and things from life in game.

Ex: Tell someone cyan in school

Powergaming(PG) is to do things which ma be impossible to ddo like from from a building from and building and survive.

Character Kill(CK) is the death of a character. You can never play that specific character again.

Ex: You join a Mafia/Gang, you agree you quit. They will do a CK on you, banning that character and no longer can be played.

Player Kill(PK) is the death of a player you can still play but you forget all that you know.

Ex: There was a witness to a murder on Grove St. The Gang of Grove St. goes after the witness and does a PK. Making him/her forget.

IC - In Character - is you character life.

OOC - Out Of Character - is the real life(irl)

BH - Bunny Hop - Jumping to move faster

DM - Death Match - Killing random people without an reason or RP reason

CDM - Car Death Match - Run over or parks on a player, basically like dm but with a car.

RK - Revenge Kill - To kill a player after a player has killed or rob/rape/w.e to you.
