1. Our requirements are fairly fluid in regards to sp. As long as you're active with a desire to learn and are capable of financing yourself you'd pass our requirements to join. There is also an expectation of course that you'd prioritize the corp as well, efforts to integrate and all that.

2. Policies and expectations. Well without knowing what specifically you'd need, I would say that the corp expects that everyone do their best to contribute to the corp, for people to learn from their mistakes, for people to have thick skin when told they're wrong or have made a mistake and an appetite to learn. It's a bit of a meme that we're a learning corp, but it has it's basis in truth. The game, even in it's current state, is big and it's downright impossible to know every facet of it. We're all learning, and the worst thing to do when in waffles is to grind in your heels and refuse to learn and adapt.

3. Very much so. As mentioned earlier, we're always interested in active, interested, people

Do you guys have any sort of SRPs? I assume you don't SRP DPS ships, what about dictors, ceptors, command dessies, logies?

Do you have any special objectives?

SniggWaffe, was a member of PL, moved back to Waffles, and not is again member of PanFarm, but now under PH, not PL. May I ask what is the reasons of those?

As you see most likely already saw this, I'm a member of PL, but going to move... Could this be any problem?
and regarding "FCs training support": could you share some specific things? I did FC a lot in my previous corps and would love to do this going forward. I'm not bad, but believe there is many things for me to learn.

We dont srp dps ships, but we do srp logis and whatever special ships an fc woild require in our big ops. We dont srp dictors or ceptors as a matter of corp policy, since its assumed that theyre cheap enough for our members to fly easily.

Waffles left PL because of a difference in overall objectives. To keep things streamlined, I'll say that at the time we left PL has a focus on strategic and large scale objectives that didnt match waffles intent of max fun per hour. If you get in you can ask others about our time there haha.

You being part of PL isnt a problem no. Despite us leaving we're still on friendly terms. I would ask on why you were leaving though, and why a good portion of your activity was in horde despite being in PL?

It is only my last fleet which was under PH. Before that I was flying with PL, but the majority of kills are coming from fleets I've led myself.

My main reasons to leave are:
1) I don't see corporation / alliance interest to invest into training those people who are not going to dedicate to game 5h+ per day.
2) The corp line members do not seem to have interested playing. Whenever I call a fleet i had like 8-12 member the most. Someone could assume it is because I'm not that famous, but I've seen many cases when other FCs call for a fleet and they also have low attendance. It is only when Hedliner or DJ call for it they get decent numbers, usually that's for stratops.

One separate thing to mention is that once I tried to speak with Hedliner about lack of interested from leadership to training emerging FCs and after he get very upset about me and after I missed one fleet he kicked me from FCI group. I don't have much fun staying with corp or alliance any more...

I am interested to join corp or alliance that is more active than 2-3 strat ops per week. I know from the history and still see that PH is quite active and I think it might be a good time to fly with PH.

Though, I'd like to join more mature corp than just PH. I don't mind flying with new players, but feel that SniggWaffe should be a better corp to join.
BTW, you are also deployed to R1O now?
And, what are my next steps?

Alright so i would like to make it clear that ph and waffles culture is significantly different
Waffles is very much its own beast. Indendent and allied closely with horde yes, but we're still very much a different sort of animal
I understand your concerns with activity. For the most part waffles has been one of the most active corps in game, and considering our relatively small size its a considerable achievement
As for whats next id ask you a few questions before asking you to submit all your esis for checming
But we'll do that interview first

regarding difference between Sniggwaffe and PH. If you are different, what are your objective joining PH (alliance)? Do you do any fleets together? Are you also deployed to R10 or to another area of New Eden?
Not that I want to fly with PH, no.

I want to fly with active corp, learn from strong FCs, and have a chance to FC time-to-time.

Prior to joining horde waffles was doing well in taking advantage of the blackout by living in wh space and shooting at targets of opportunity whenever necessary. It was a good time, and spoke to a lot of our strengths. We have a well established roaming culture, with people going about in nano or other ships to dunk whatever we could.

However we all know how blackout turned out, and we recognized that there needed to be changes and so once it became obvious that ccp wouldnt be doing anything about it in the near future we adapted again by joining with horde so as to be able to participate in ns warfare stuff.

my main has 116M SP, can fly any subcap and quite a few caps, but funny enough i don't have JDC and JDO trained yet, those are going to be  done in 40-ish days
other toons are PI, industry, trades
Only Olga can fly scout, and some other support ships (minmatar dictors, boosher, ceptors, amarr ceptor) and caps
