  137. Steel plates rated for III+ (not a certified rating) can be punctured by high velocity and AP rounds. Ceramic plates have come down far enough in price that they do not cost much more than steel, especially if you wear 10x12 size plates. Please limit your shitposting in the threads and make your own financial decisions without shitting up and derailing the thread.
