#### I would clock them and if they were going over the speed limit I would turn on my lights and click my siren for a bit, to let the person know that I was pulling him over. I would call it in, say my callsign, location, description of the vehicle and how many occupants are inside. I would then exit my cruiser, walk up to the car, tell him to roll down his window and say my name, callsign and why I pulled him over. I would ask for his license, registration and proof of insurance and (in this situation) he/she would give me his/her documents. I would then tell him/her to just sit tight and that I would be right back. I would run the info and see if he/she has any warrants, etc. I would walk up to his/her car and give back her info and give her a warning or citation, depending on how much he/she was breaking the speed limit. If I was to give him/her a citation, then I would ask him/her to sign the citation and tell him/her that it is not an admission of guilt, howerer that she was to take care of the ticket either by paying it or fighting it in court and when I turn off my lights he/she was free to go. I would go back in my cruiser and call the situation Code 4 and turn off my lights.
