The said defendant has adequate means of subsistance, individual person able provide the basic necessities food clothing shelter or medical care for himself and is not a threat, danger or likely to attempt to harm himself or others resulting in bodily injury or threatetend use of physical force or conduct.

3. Whos' behavior and conduct towards others does not instill fear resentment, hummiliation, oppression riddicule. neither are actions of the subject  effect the saftey security and privacy towards others and he does not have a background personal history thats conduct involve criminal sexual violence.

4. Sucessful maintaining a full time \ part time  in the last year. Presnent employment status fulltime work approximately 35-40 hrs a week.

5. Voluntarily participating counseling and reciving medical care "out patient" basis treatment at a drug and alcohol abuse rehabilation center. Tuesday Wednesday and Thurday (total apx 9 hrs) includes 1:1 counseling sessions.
