- ▤▤▤ 100% Runs: Week 4 progress
- Thanks to Carl's Theory TAS, I've compiled what I wanted to take from it, and have a Theory Route for 100%. A route that really emphasizes No Wasted Eggs. Also utilizing things that emphasize 1st-try-success, rather than what's absolutely fastest.

- Due to limited time, I performed runs right after spending 2 days digesting and forming the route, without giving it needed time to practice, understand, (and most importantly) trust. A 2:44:xx & 3:05:xx. Just too much new information to digest for success.
- Ultimately, I feel routes for speedruns will go thru these 4 steps: learn, edit, trim fact, perfect (verb). I'm at step 2, with much more work to do. I do feel a 2:38:xx can come before I get there though. The 2:39:12 is such a terible run, that 3rd place is EZ, I'm just terrible, lol.
- Continue the grind! I have until Thursday to nail a good run. Let's see what happends! =)

- Eventually I'm gonna have to reduce my carbs considerably to really shred down. At that time, I'll also give DDR much more attention, since it'll help keep me motivated.
- People ask me what workouts I'm doing, and tbh, I'm still learning myself. I do whatever I find interesting. Squat down. Do a pull up. Try touching your toes. If anything hurts, gives you Charlie Horse, or is stressed -- its a body part underdeveloped that needs attention ultimately.
