R4s

Each R4 will be assigned to role and have clan tasks and responsibilities.
Once assigned to role make sure to follow up with all tasks at all time. Track all the members and make sure that they are aware of rules and tasks that you are assigned to. If you are asked about any task or questions that is not part of your assigned role, make sure to send person who asked you to R4 who is assigned to role that covers that task or question.
Also keep in touch with other R4s on daily basis and make sure everyone have their tasks completed.

RECRUIT
Only R4s that are assigned as recruits can invite or accept new members. Everyone else have to make sure RECRUIT accept any player that they suggest or would like to invite to clan.
- Must interview each member before accepting.
- Must know member history. What was his previous clans, and why did he leave them.
- Once RECRUIT accept member, make sure to post short info about the new member and why did he accept him.

WARLORD
- Will be in charge of all attacks and combats.
- Will create and assign squads/teams
- Nobody can’t attack anybody without WARLORDs approval, unless it is self defense.
- WARLORD is in charge of all tournaments, KILL EVENTS. Every member have to consider WARLORD before enter or participate in any combat event/tournament.
- WARLORD have to monitor and track members performance and rankings.

CONSIGLIERE
 - Must be familiar with all clans in our city.
- Must follow all other clans actions, decisions, recruiting, growth, discussions merging and separating.
- CONSIGLIERE have to inform leader and R4s of all the intel.
- All agreements, rules, negotiations, allies and contracts need to be reviewed and approved by CONSIGLIERE.

COUNSELOR
 - Will be in charge of CLAN CHAT, CITY CHAT and community.
- any problems between members from our clan or members of our clan and other clan members will be COUNSELOR responsibility.
- All new ideas, plans, projects and tasks need to be presented to COUNSELOR for overview.
- COUNSELOR will follow all members behavior including R4 and make sure everyone is active, know and follow our rules snd guidelines.
- If COUNSELOR decide that somebody is not good fit for our clan, he has to report it to RECRUIT. RECRUIT have to dismiss that person.
- If COUNSELOR notice great contribution by any member he has to report it to RECRUIT for potential promotion.
- If there is any miss understanding or disagreement at any time, COUNSELOR has to be notified and he will be one that makes last call if agreement cant be achieved.

ASSISTANT
- is in charge of all documents and announcements.
- ASSISTANT will be only person to send MASS MESSAGES and ORDERS to clan members.
- If there is any message or announcement to be made, it has to be passed to ASSISTANT who will announce it.
- All rules, regulations, guidelines and announcement can only be posted by ASSISTANT.

If you are R4 and not sure what your role is or have not been assigned to role yet, make sure to contact LEADER or currently assigned COUNSELOR for information.

Each R4 must be respectful and complete their responsibilities.
If anybody leave their assigned role, assigned group chat or is disrespectful in any way, will be dropped from R4.

Once R4 status is lost there is no way to earn it back...
