  1. "Even I must admit the Detective saved the day, I'll have to thank him in my own way."
  2. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n25nqibaIDg
  3.
  4. Name: Arsene Lupin
  5.
  6. Class: Assassin
  7.
  8. Gender: Male
  9.
  10. Appearance: https://i.imgur.com/sNoRKx0.jpg
  11.
  12. Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
  13.
  14. Personality: Arsene is as his title says, a Gentleman first and a thief second. He does not steal from the poor, only those that have an abundance of wealth and power. He outright refuses to fight a woman, no matter what and will always choose to escape should a fight with a woman be inevitable. He’s quite a womanizer as well. A thrill seeker through and through, Arsene loves the very concept of infiltrating and thieving, taking every opportunity he can to do so if not put on a short leash.
  15.
  16. His rival is found within 'The Detective' the person who he percieves as that who he will taunt and openly challenge, the force of good vs the mischivious and chaotic thief.
  17.
  18. His Master is viewed as a friend and accomplice, the person who sitbacks and watch the Heists be done and even helps prepare for them, afterall what is Thievery without friends?
  19.
  20. History: The Gentleman Thief, Arsene Lupin, was just as said. He was a thief that despite his reputation was more often a force for good.
  21.
  22. Before his time as a thief he was a man of many talents. Studying law, medicine, jiu-jitsu, acting, stage magic, surgery, and even more.
  23.
  24. A year after the supposed death of Sherlock Holmes was when Arsene began his spree of crime, but not without his morals. Defeating those that were more wicked than he was, but always coming to odds with the law. He even crossed paths with none other than Sherlock Holmes himself after it was revealed he was in fact alive, and still evaded capture.
  25.
  26. During his adventure he encountered many things odd, from a radioactive god-stone, to the Fountain of Youth.
  27.
  28. He lost his wife after she had given birth to their son, Jean. Only to have him taken away shortly after birth.
  29.
  30. His whole life was filled with adventures, while Arsene himself was always shrouded in mystery. In the 1930’s there was a radio show where he would narrate about his own adventures. Whether this was an actor or not, who may know? There is even a picture of him meeting with Maurice LeBlanc, the man who supposedly created him, but Arsene’s face was hidden with a scarf. After the death of LeBlanc, Lupin seemingly went into hiding, only trace of him may have been the supposed “Gentleman in Black”.
  31.
  32. With the stories of the Gentleman Thief that was never caught, spawning the term “Phantom Thief”, leaving not but a trace of himself. A life of pure indulgence, but romance and passion. Born from two simple people one would not expect a Heroic Thief such as himself. He loved and hurt, that is Arsene Lupin.

  51.
  52. Personal Skills:
  53. Gentleman’s Charisma - B+
  54. The infectious amount of charm Assassin possesses through his life. It takes great will to resist, almost being a mental attack. Magic Resistance is needed to carry a conversation that isn’t one sided. Assassin built a network of "friends" who would help him commit his crimes. At this rank, those working under Assassin are instilled with the confidence and coordination needed to pull off even a complex crime.
  55.
  56. The Art of Crime - EX
  57. A skill that represents one's talent for committing criminal acts and a variation of Military Tactics. Even at a young age, Assassin had a knack for thievery and as he grew, he would go into several fields of study only to use his newfound skills to pull off more elaborate crimes. With enough time and dedication, there is no fortress he cannot infiltrate, no safe he cannot crack, and no treasure he can't steal.
  58.
  59. Man of Many Talents - A+
  60. Through Arsene’s life he has gained knowledge of many things. This skill merely the representation of the knowledge he accumulated in his life. Knowledge of law, medicine, jiu-jitsu, acting, stage magic, surgery, and much more.
  61.
  62. Eye for Art - A
  63. Were Assassin to see a Noble Phantasm with artistic anecdotes, it is practically guaranteed that he would recognize it. It is a skill given to those with a love for art, but in Assassin's case, he is more in love with the act of stealing them than the actual art itself.

Once activated, unless the target possesses Rank B Luck or higher, their "treasure" shall disappear into Assassin's pockets without fail. Despite being a tool that makes his job incredibly easy, Assassin loathes using it, saying that it takes the fun out of stealing. This Noble Phantasm does work if said "treasure" does not have a physical form, however if said Treasure were a Noble Phantasm, it must have a Physical Form.

  93. Description: Being a true Master of Disguise is the essence of being a thief. In his first appearance in his book not even the reader could discern who he was, being the detective or even the narrator. Upon taking disguise as a Servant, his stats, class, and skills will all appear the same as that he is disguised as. Should he take disguise as a human, then he will be indiscernible from any other human. A unique ability, where instead of concealing one's presence, they hide in plain sight by changing their appearance, mannerisms, and other unique identifiers. A master of the art, Assassin can disguise himself as real people or fabricate the existence of an individual. It is even possible for him to make extensive alterations to his body similar to the Shapeshift Skill.
  94.

  106.
  107. Description: The very embodiment of Arsene’s ability to avoid capture. Upon a situation where a fight is inevitable and he is backed into a corner then this Noble Phantasm becomes usable. He shall say the name of the Noble Phantasm and upon turning any corner out of anyone else’s range or being able to vanish out of any line of sight he will vanish without a trace whatsoever. When he turns a corner then he will appear to a place he has designated a safe zone (most of the time being where his master lives). This is who Arsene is, a Gentleman Thief who doesn’t so much as leave a trace and later the inspiration for those that called themselves 'Phantom Thieves' Old and New.
