  16. INTERN JOB ROLE
  17.
  18. One of the main commitments to the internship will be finding new artists and catching them at gigs or showcases organised for the industry. This side of the internship will need to be done outside of the office and most likely in evenings. Because of this, we will need someone who is very dedicated to using their spare time as a way to reach out to new artists and reporting back what has been discovered.
  19. The other side of the internship will be to help with the social media. We like to keep our Facebook, Twitter and YouTube accounts up to date as much as possible. We will need you to help with new and innovative ideas to keep these accounts interesting and fresh. We will also need help with creating content for our blog in the same way. These two parts of the internship may overlap, e.g. videoing a performance of an artist you have scouted or of our artists signed to the label.
  20. The one or two days in the office a week will involve helping with the social media, blog and reporting back on gigs, what you have heard and general information about interesting artists.
