discord TOS says you cant copy paste someones text without their prior consent
so your admin channel is blatantly against the rules if any copy pasted text is used

That segment doesn't say to me that screenshots or copies of public channel talk are against the terms.
Users don't have an expectation of privacy talking in a public server.
