br issues

1. Offering matches for pre-match betting while they were well underway and paying out late bets placed (November, lower leagues).
2. They had outage where no bets were possible to be placed, no notice from them at all about it until bothered on support. (12th December)
3. Esports usually late with being settled.
4. Cash out was an issue when they somehow only informed Edward about it.
5. Not sure if it is possible but when they have already flagged a match as shady would be great if they could just stop offering odds for it (in a perfect world I know :D).
6. There were some issues with Esports in the past week, matches were offered as they were to be played on 20-24th while upon checking hltv.org all of those matches were to be played in second week of March. Unsure if they are postponing tournaments like that, I am a bit newbie for esports though.
