- Well. Here's a small take on the Satananon
- >The portal to the icy ring of hell opened wide, and two figures stepped through.
- > One was recognizable to most of hell, as he was the king of it all. Lucifer.
- > But following him was one that less, but still many would know of. Marquis Amon, one of the most powerful Ars Goetia in all of hell.
- >But compared to other Ars Goetia, even less powerful ones, he was far less popular. The reason why is simple.
- >He was a fantastic peace broker and rarely got into feuds of his own, which of course made for far fewer interesting things about him compared to his more hot headed kin.
- > The blue skinned Aamon stood tall beside Lucifer as they started to walk and talk away from all prying ears.
- > "Ah Lucy, it's always wonderful to take this trip. The cold is such refreshing support to our talks."
- > "Quite indeed Aamon, now what were you telling me about the recent feud between Aym and Bathin?"
- >"Ah yes… Aym’s a rambunctious one, and the feud is just a result of him disrupting Bathin’s territ… Do you hear that?."
- >They both had stopped in their tracks and ccked their heads, ears scanning or the faint noise.
- >Off from the center of the realm they heard a sound, wailing.
- >They glanced at each other with a raised eyebrow, before picking up their pace.
- > The wailing stopped as they drew nearer, but the previous soothing silence only now made the pair on edge.
- > The mound finally grew into sight, on top of which was Satan, and...a stroller?
- > One of Satan’s heads turned and saw the pair approaching.
- > “Ah. Lucy, Amo. About time you showed up.”
- > Lucifer nodded, before he paused. His nose caught a familiar and painful scent.
- > “Satan… Mind me asking what is a stroller doing here… smelling of heaven?”
- > “Well you see. Big man upstairs decided it was time to get the ball rollin’ on his plan. So he sent ol Mikey down here, bastard took a bit o my essence and badda boom. Antichrist.”
- > “The antichrist?”
- -
- > “Yeah. Yknow the whole thingamajig that bigman proclaimed about after he stuck us both down here? Rapture and all o that? Well he decided to get started on it. So here’s the antichrist for us to take care of, not even any child support paid other than this dingy smelly stoller.”
- > Lucifer walked over to the stoller and peered inside, and saw a large babe.
- > “I… see. How long ago was this?”
- > “Oh… when was the last time you visited? A couple o years ago…carry the two…times that by five…. I think he’s been around here for a year.
- > “Very well. What do you plan to do with… it?”
- > “Well it ain’t like I can be much of a parent to it, ain’t like I can move or anything, so howzabout you take em back with ya and hand em off to someone till he can speak and move and all that junk?”
- > Lucy sighed.
- > “And why should I do that and not just kill it?”
- > “Because ol Mikey said that if we killed em or threw em into a dingy box and floated em down the river into a nice, cramped, cold, cage, he and his pals would come along and annoy you and fuck with whatever ya scrounged together that you happen to like.”
- > Lucifer raised an eyebrow.
- > “And why haven’t you killed it?”
- > “Because Mikey also said he’d come back and make another one, and who knew having a child be made from your ripped away essence hurt so bad?”
- > “Well. I suppose we have no choice but to raise it. I already have my hands full with my daughter, and I am not letting this… thing. Get close to it while she’s so young. Ammon?”
- > “Yes?”
- > “Find the noble family you can give this to while causing the least ripples politically.”
- > “Yes sir.”
- > “Great. Now let’s take it and go.”
- > Lucifer started to push the stroller towards the exit, with Satan bleating out behind him.
- > “Once he’s big enough, give em to me, got a whole planner here in my head courtesy of ol Mikey, and I already know how to throw a wrench into it.”
- -
- > Aamon arrived at the lush estate, with a imp-servant pushing the stroller behind him.
- > He walked past the guards, who bowed and deferred out of his way.
- > He continued his way into the garden plaza, wherein a humanoid bull sat, his red eyes gleaming. As he nodded his head at one of Lucifer’s closest aides and smiled warmly.
- > “Welcome Marquis Aamon. The preparations as per your letter are already made. May I interest you in some tea?”
- > “Wonderful, thank you Count Morax. I apologize for the rudeness, but my schedule is far too tight. So straight to business. I once again apologize for the inconvenience, but since your son was recently born, Stolas was it?”
- > Morax nodded his head and smiled.
- > “Yes, since you are raising Stolas I figured it wouldn’t be too much of a strain on you to also raise the babe alongside him. So thank you for taking up the responsibility. My Imp-servant will make sure everything’s in order, but I must be gone.”
- > “Ah! Before you go… What is the babe’s name?”
- > Ammon paused, then let out a chuckle.
- > “It doesn’t have one yet I suppose. Feel free to name it as you wish.”
- > “Understood.”
- > With that, Ammon snapped his fingers at the imp while he himself walked back into the street leading out of the Baron’s lands
- >The imp pushed the stoller forward towards the bull-man, who leaned down to gaze at the child.
- > “Hmm… Yes. I think that name will do. Alright Satananon! Let’s go meet you situated.”
- -
- >Despite Morax’s intimidating appearance, he had something fairly rare in hell.
- >A soft part in his heart for his family.
- > He raises Stolas and Satananon for a while side by side, the two children forming a close bond catalysed by the warmth shown to them by Morax.
- > Too soon though, Satananon had to be given back to Satan and juggled around.
- > Although Morax brought Stolas to visit Satanon when they could.
- > Eventually Satannon was put into the ring of treachery and settled into his lonesome routine, feeling the pain of loneliness even more because he had felt it for a while in the family of Stolas and Morax.
- > Stolas grew into his prince role nicely, and started to visit Satananon when he could.
- > Eventually he brought a small bundle with him, Octavia.
- > Satananon felt happy for his foster brother, but at the same time felt sad as Stolas withdrew into his own family more.
- > But Satanon took solace in the fact that now when he visited and brought Octavia, it was somehow even more pleasant.
- > Satananon realized he never felt so happy as when as soon as a young Octavia caught sight of him she screeched ‘Uncle Satanon!’ and rushed towards him.
- >But then they started to visit less and less… and the father and daughter started to seem more and more distant…
