Thal/Viv Contracts

Contract stipulations:
-Thalassa and Vivalcia will ally in battle against the Grestrum Conglomerate and the Silcrose Empire (hereby 'the empire')
	-UNTIL: The empire has its government displaced and surrenders (conditionally or unconditionally, as defined by 			Vivalcia)
-Vivalcia will agree to not attack Thalassa or allied nations of Thalassa; SO FAR AS: those allied nations have not breached contract and attacked Vivalcia, Thalassa, or its mutual allies.
-Thalassa does not hereby sign agreement to other acts of aggression by Vivalcia, however they will always defend them when attacked by an aggressing nation.
-Vivalcia is hereby signing to agreement to defend Thalassa should it ever be attacked, or all states who have named Thalassa as its acting steward
